We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. Amenities including onsen is very nice and relaxing. Thank you for serving us during our stay there.

My girlfriend and I stayed here thinking it was just an ordinary business hotel. It was generally clean, but unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest here and there. The staff were very nice. I didn't go in, but apparently there is a hot spring that switches between men and women depending on the time. They serve free dinner and curry, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's free. It's incredibly delicious. I'll definitely come back!

This hotel has many convenience store a 2 minute walk to the train station. The staff are very friendly and can speak English. The buffet was good and it was International/Japanese food.

There is a pillow rack at the elevator entrance, which is divided according to the softness and hardness. It is recommended to take a pillow when checking in, otherwise there will be no pillow at night. The first night, I used clothes as a pillow. The next day, I learned my lesson and took the pillow first. The toiletries for self-collection are recommended to be cleansers and lotions. Don't take more if they are useful. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, and didn't use the hotel's.
