The hotel is conveniently located: in the very center of Charleroi on a pedestrian street. True, it was not easy to find the hotel, we walked around the center for a long time until one of the locals told us that the hotel is located on the territory of a large shopping center. It is about 7 minutes walk to the railway station and the shuttle stop to the airport. By taxi to the airport is 15 minutes and cost us 35 euros. The rooms are spacious, but already very tired. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The windows in the room do not open. There is air conditioning. We had a room with a view of the square. We did not take breakfast and did not use the bar services.

The room was a bit small and simple, but clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is a bit out of the way, situated in an industrial area. You'll need to walk about 2-3 kilometers to find places to eat and shop.

Beautiful city hotel in the centre of Mons. All attractions are accessible by foot. Breakfast was good. My superior room was good, but a little small. The ”comic design” of the room is usual. ( Some rooms are theme rooms) I would come back.

令人愉悦的入住體驗，前台服務熱情而專業，員工彬彬有禮。房間乾淨，床品舒適，但是設施有點老舊，沙發邊側磨損明顯。早餐比較精緻，餐廳佈置的很有格調，雖然品種不多但也能吃好。停車費不貴，每天10歐，適合於自駕而來的遊客。停車場進出很考驗駕駛技術。總之在這個小城市裡是一家值得入住的酒店。

The only fruit that was there was not a wall. Not enough yogurt, no cheese to goats, the cheese that was not fresh at all, you must put it under a cupola, even for the little smoked meat.

GGuest UserThe hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained. The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

SSunweld SarlVery close to the main street. Clean an beautiful inside. This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it. It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way. Highly suggested.

There is central air conditioning, but I want to adjust the temperature to a higher temperature. It can only be 26 degrees. The toilet is tiled. Don't walk barefoot when in the water, as it's easy to fall. If you don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, you need to bring your own slippers. The bathroom has three-in-one shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer and WI-FI. It's on the small sign at the front desk. I took a picture. Yes, there is the train station opposite, which is very convenient if you want to go to the center of Brussels.
