We found the Lodge to be comfortable with friendly staff and a good restaurant. The view from our balcony was stunning. Additionally, the staff who assisted me with my car rental issue went out of their way to help. We took the tour of the Valley and I’d highly recommend it for the views and the local knowledge. Anyone considering taking a car on the 17 mile loop really shouldn’t. It’s bad enough for 4x4’s - a car (sedan) would really struggle.

Nice hotel, good size room, clean, the staff cleaned our room after the first day as we stayed 2 nights which was great to see. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience, we got a ground floor room even if we booked it 4 months ago and requested high floor room; we were told it was the last room as the hotel was fully booked! Hard to believe it when the hotel was so big with so many floors. I noticed people arriving after us and getting rooms so our room was not the last one !! We paid for the breakfast, wasn’t cheap but there was a very poor selection for me as I am dairy allergic. There was a lovely staff who made me a fresh omelette without milk or cheese, then I had a sausage and a bit of fruits. I was charged full price for this. Second day there was no one to do fresh omelette and the food selection was even more restricted, so I had no breakfast at all. Staff quite controlling over coffee (for my husband) and orange juice, we had to chase them long time for a second coffee while they made us to feel uncomfortable for asking for a second. The room was very noisy, I could hear next door talking, also above till 1.00 am in the morning, people talking and thumping very laud as there was no insulation between floors. I had a very poor sleep. We were told the big French door in the room could be opened to get fresh air but it didn’t, there were a few very noisy craws making laud caws constantly by the window, all day and evening. The live TV had a very poor selection of channels to watch. The rom was standard, nothing special about it. There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom so I struggled to put make up on and also, no large mirror, could not see my outfit, the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. For the money we paid I expected a bit more. I won’t came back to this hotel again.

I had to book this room last minute to deal with a family emergency in the city. The photos looked decent and reviews said it was clean and the price was great. When we arrived late in the evening, the guy behind the desk was apathetic, and actually rather rude. The stairwell up to the third floor was the beginning of my feelings that this may have been a mistake. Between the back alley feel and the phallus shaped artwork on the windows were pretty demoralizing. The cart full of junk outside the door of the room next to us didn't help. Inside the room, I immediately noticed that the walls were scuffed all over and that you could see where light fixtures had been changed. The carpet had stains and was pretty worn. MY wife found some long black hair on the towels in the bathroom, and all they supplied were a pair of bath towels. When she asked the gentleman in the lobby for replacements, he provided a single towel, forcing her to ask for another, and then a hand towel and washcloth. He was pretty rude about the whole thing. Our room had a window facing West Temple, and it's only a single pane so the road noise was significant when compared to a room in other places. There was a lack of outlets that were easily accessible next to the bed, so if you travel with a CPAP, be ready to mobe the bed to plug in. The bed was clean, and the Tempurpedic mattress was nice, but the box spring had obviously been victim to a cat that decided to sharpen its claws. After an OK night's sleep, we took morning showers. In the shower, it looks like the tile had been painted over, and the paint was peeling badly. The worst part of the room in my book is in the shower. The showerhead provided a mere dribble and was simply the most disappointing shower I've ever had in my life. It's a shame, because this property, has some real potential to be a really cool place, so I hope the owners can take this review as constructive criticism and make some improvements.

In August 2024, our family stayed at the Hotel DeNovo. When we checked into our room, it was apparent that the room had recently been renovated. In fact renovations were still underway in the main building. After dinner we attempted to watch television. When we turned on the tv, it was obviously damaged. Since the room was so newly renovated, we speculated that the unit had been damaged during the renovation or installation and that we were among the first to stay in the room since the renovation. We called the front desk to let them know that the television was damaged. They offered to send maintenance, but in our experience that isn’t usually a fast process, so we said it wasn’t necessary. We were only staying for one night and didn’t want to be kept awake waiting for a repair. We thought we were being polite, understanding guests by alerting the hotel to the problem so they could fix it before the next guests checked in. When we got home from our trip we discovered an $800 charge on our credit card from Hotel DeNovo. A call with the hotel led us to Ben Cyr, who identified himself as the manager, even though he later admitted that he is actually the Director of Guest Relations. He was immediately hostile and started throwing around phases about the television being “smashed” and acted like there was shattered glass scattered around the room. This wasn’t the case at all. The damage we saw to the television was only obvious when the television was on. He made up more lies, saying we refused to allow maintenance into our room. He tried to intimidate us by saying that he would involve the hotel’s attorneys. He provided further alarming details, claiming that the maintenance manager was in our room right before we checked in and that he was back in our room while we were still on site “in our car” after checkout. This whole situation reeks of a set up. Why would they be watching our family and monitoring our every move? It sounds like they knew the television was damaged when we arrived and were just waiting for us to leave so we could be the suckers that they made pay for their renovation. This situation is distressing for a number of reasons. The Hotel DeNovo has charged our credit card for damage that we didn’t cause and now we are left in the situation of having to prove our innocence to get our money back. How are we expected to prove our innocence? We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. In fact, I have been a Diamond Hilton Honors member for over a decade. There are frequently problems in hotel rooms. There are scrapes on the walls, poorly done renovations, and, yes, televisions that don’t work. Hotel staff doesn’t accompany guests to the room upon check in to allow the guest to make a list of the issues to “prove” the state of the room upon check in. This is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here several times for a night at a time, when flying out the next day. They have an amazing Mongolian Beef rice bowl, great beds+pillows.. It’s clean, friendly, and best of all great service. Today I flew in in a snowstorm. The shuttle driver took me right to my car, so I wouldn’t have to drag my suitcase through the slush in the parking lot, then he put my suitcase in my trunk, AND brushed the snow off my car. Seriously? All my stays here have been great, but this one was above and beyond. It’s a gem, a well kept secret. Part of me didn’t want to write this because I don’t want it to be difficult to book in the future. My only suggestion is perhaps the desk attendant could give customers a map with their room marked. Sometimes finding the room is difficult due to the way it’s laid out. For me this is a minimal complaint and the rest of this establishment makes up for it!

Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

We rolled into SLC rather late and we’re very pleased there were rooms at this downtown hotel. The staff was amazing, the room clean, and the bed comfy. The view of the statehouse was a nice bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotels around the attractions, facilities are good, in the United States, this type of hotel breakfast is basically the same. It depends on personal preference. My husband said he likes it, but I can't eat it anymore.

The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were kind. The room was pretty, breakfast was an excellent continental breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to help us feel welcome. They were also flexible when our flight was delayed and we had to check in late.

First time staying at a Radisson Hotel, and we enjoyed it. The location was perfect, it was near the LDS conference building and many more places we were looking forward to visit. The only down fall was that there wasn’t many restaurants near by. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from our room was perfect. The is a restaurant on the first level of the hotel by the front desk, we had lunch there. I ordered a Cheeseburger and it was super good! The front desk and security guard were very kind and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This location is lacking in hospitality, service and professionalism. Homeless sleep in parking lot, Noise stopped at 2:20 AM, started again at 4:11 AM. Dog hair and flea dirt on white fitted sheet, snickers bar very old and peanuts grey, no microwave, Owner/manager wants cash over credit card, he is more concerned about making money, rather than quality customer service and care. I chose this motel because I had a very early flight out of SLC airport and my return flight a few days later was arriving very late. Since I live a couple hundred miles from the airport I booked a stay on both ends of my trip. My spouse and I are Best Western Rewards members and usually stay at Best Westerns when we travel; but for this trip, I was solo. Checking in, I was given a lot of grief because the reservation was made in my husband’s name (even tho I made the reservation). I even had the confirmation number. The front desk clerk finally agreed to let me stay after a lot of persuasion on my part. My husband and I have the last name, btw. When I returned and tried to check in a few days later, I was told I did not have a reservation. Once again, I did have a confirmation number and the name of the person who had made the reservation for me. The desk clerk told me my reservation had been cancelled by some person whose name I didn’t recognize . I’m clueless why they would let a stranger cancel someone else’s reservation. After a lot of argument the clerk finally agreed to get me a room. But of course it was $40 more than my original room. Even though the rooms were comfy and clean, you can bet I will never stay at this motel again. The clerks are rude and argumentative and have absolutely no desire to help you. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the room was decent.

Arnold, the front desk and concierge, provided exceptional and top notch service. He was eager to assist in planning my itinerary and offered valuable insider tips on the best places to visit and the best hiking trails to take. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with his enthusiasm, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. He made me feel like a valued guest and truly went above and beyond to make my trip special. It's evident that they prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to create lasting memories. I'm grateful for the remarkable service I received and can't wait to return!

One of the most comfortable and clean hotels I have ever stayed at. The elderly host couple who received us were very nice, and the suite was fully equipped. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you can buy some food to cook. 5 minutes drive from the entrance to Zion National Park. I will still choose this hotel next time I come.

This stay was very good. The hotel is located in the small town of La Verkin, convenient to find. The parking lot is large and spacious. The interior of the room is also clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very warm and friendly. The hotel is not far from Zion National Park, about 30 minutes drive away. The only fly in the ointment is that breakfast categories are limited and there is no meat food available.

The location and facilities are excellent. The hotel is located within the Ziion Park, and nearby restaurants and convenience stores are very convenient. Ctrip's customer service gave me the power to temporarily change the room type, and immediately resolved it and refunded the difference.

Stay about 200 nights a year in hotels for work and have to say this BW was a delight. Upon arrival and check in was recognized as a Diamond Select member and given the little goody bag with waters and crackers. Seems small, but earning loyalty status means at this level means you are one of the most loyal of customers. So many BW's fail on that regard lately. Checked in and given a room in the furthest back building, away from traffic, per my request. Although it was a second floor, with no elevators that was only a slight inconvenience from having to lug 2 giant suit cases up on day one, down on day 12. Room was very clean, plenty of pillows, towels, etc. Bed was comfy, but on the hard side. Had a room with a balcony with was a plus. A lot of hotels with a balcony dont have any place to sit, here there were two metal chairs and a small table. Perfect to sit outside and do my end of day wrap up for work on the computer. Wifi was fast with not problems connecting or remaining connected which is sometimes a problem. Once check in I never went to lobby for anything, nor went for the breakfast so cant rate them on that. Kept a do not disturb sign out all but one day and was never bothered. The one day I took it down was for a good cleaning that was completed efficiently and well. I'll be back to St George soon and this is where I will be staying. Giving this a BIG YES!

My family loved our stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious cookies upon arrival. Dishes available to use in microwave. Hot tub. Large bath towels. Outdoor chairs. Great location for early morning Narrows hike. Perhaps I would stay further away on another stay if it was more affordable and I wasn’t hitting the narrows first thing in the morning. But very happy we stayed here on this trip. There is also a coffee shop nearby and you can order a bagel as a small breakfast.

Everything about this facility is top notch. This should be the standard for Best Western Plus hotels! The facility is spotless. Our room was very comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The internet was noticeably fast.

This was a lot nicer than any of the other motels where I have stayed in the St. George area. I am not sure why but this time around it was not much more expensive. Very clean and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome... 'Sparkling Clean'. My sleep quality was down just a notch because the bed was a tad bit too soft for me but still one of the best places I have stayed in the St. George area. My tip is about tips. I don't usually usually do continental breakfasts but we did there and it was GREAT! Only problem is there was a jar for tips and I rarely carry cash so I was not prepared. We left what we could but wished I could have left a bit more. If you are going to stay at the Ramada, grab a few extra bucks so if you feel so inclined to leave a tip you can. I know in this economy a little extra can go along way and at today's food prices, the satisfying continental breakfast will easily save more than you will ever leave as a tip, especially if you have children.

We stayed here while passing through to go home. We will definitely return when going to St. George again. We loved that they had the option of both pools and the kids loved the playground! Our room was large and spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The only complaint I have is that there isn't a latch lock on the top of the door, so my 2 year old kept trying to leave.
