The hotel is pretty good. It is suitable for a night's rest before entering the scenic area. There are two basins for washing, which is convenient. The room is big enough, the parking space is tight, the hotel has free breakfast, and the room card set is wild. I like it.

We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!

The Super 8 is located right on the main road through town on US Highway 212, not far from the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Check-in was just about possible at reception shortly before 8 p.m., but those arriving later had to look for their name on an envelope with the key card on the board. The hotel is quite old and does not really have a comfortable atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean, however. The access door at the back of the building could only be leaned ajar and was thus open all night. The staff was distant and avoided eye contact. Very limited selection at breakfast. Wifi, however, was better and more stable than ”threatened” at check-in.

Overall ok hotel. The air filter in the heater was really dirty but otherwise no issues. Pool was nice. Front seat checking was fine.

The most expensive hotel on this trip is over 3,000 per night, but considering the peak tourist season and the scenic spot, it is understandable. So far, this is the hotel with the best service of the same level. A map of the town is provided when you check in. There is hot water at the front desk 24 hours a day, and free ice cream. The room is very large. Although the facilities are relatively old, they are clean and tidy.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and courteous. We got a “studio” room and I was surprised at how nice it was for Motel 6. I believe it was slightly pricier than a regular room, but it was all that was available on short notice. Air conditioner worked great.

Staff asked me for it If you respond quickly, There are many parts that can't be helped because the facilities are old I don't know if the sheets are old and new. The pillow smelled like dogs. The value of the money paid. I think it's a place I can't do.

Ctrip wrote that there is no free breakfast but a free breakfast at the nearby gray wolf hotel. The two-bedroom cottage is very spacious. There is a fire at the door and there is a free marshmallow to roast. Checkin's place is not very easy to find, actually in the Yellowstone park hotel.

This hotel does NOT provide shuttle airport service. Your app led me to believe they do.

Hotel is nice, clean and tidy, love it! The deposit has not been refunded for a week. For some reason, please help Ctrip and say that it can be refunded in one month. However, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Santiago are released after leaving the hotel. This is too dissatisfied ...

The breakfast is OK, with freshly made American muffins, fried eggs, coffee, etc., which are definitely filling. There are also some restaurants around the hotel, such as McDonald's and Chinese restaurants. As a hotel in a tourist area, it is clean and tidy, and comes with breakfast. The price-performance ratio is still good, recommended 👍

Most people who go to Yellowstone Park will choose West Yellowstone Town, which is indeed very convenient. We strolled through the North Gate and the Northeast Gate, and the South Gate was closed for half a day due to snow. Our 2 families have 2 rooms marked with twin beds but the hotel tells us that it is a suite with 3 beds. I said that adolescent children 1 male and 1 female are inconvenient but The hotel is telling the room is like this. Thank you, Ctrip overseas customer service has not shirked responsibility. I have been actively contacting and finally told me that because I only showed a passport, the hotel mistakenly thought that we needed 4 beds in the room. This is the worst Doubletree hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel with a brand change is generally three-star and four-star.
