stay for four nights
The room air conditioner was very noisy on the first night
I changed the room the next day. The coffee machine was broken. I had to go to the front desk to get hot water. It was very troublesome to go back and forth. There was room cleaning
On the third day, there was no customer service to clean, and I still went back and forth to get hot water downstairs
left on the fourth morning
Breakfast: There are American breakfasts such as fruit, bread, coffee, and milk. Personally, I think it’s okay
There is a corner market in the hotel where you can buy some food, but no cash is accepted, it can only be spent by credit card or charged to the room
There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel
good service
The facilities are OK, but the room is small, the breakfast is not a buffet, and the ordering is very average, but the price of booking through Ctrip channel is 30% more expensive than the official website
Great service! Did not have shuttle available but was close to bus lines and staff was very pleasent. Room was cozy and clean, house keeping was very accommodating and friendly. Considering the pandemic occuring at this time I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

The area’s good in the morning but a bit of a walk to the busier part of downtown so may not be as safe to walk around. The room is huge!!! However, it’s not clean! There were a bit if hair in the bathroom, coffee pod left in the coffee maker, and my feet got itchy when I walked bare feet, their carpet looked unclean. But just had to stay overnight for a concert and it was the cheapest option near the concert place so I was fine.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe traveled to visit our son and his family for Christmas. The hotel was located just two miles from our son’s home which meant more time with our grandchildren. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms well appointed with everything we could need and the health and fitness room provided us with and opportunity to unwind after a six hour car drive.
We will definitely book this hotel again!

JJer (JQLP)I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.
SShannonThis is a road side hotel/motel its right off the highway in a very small town! It was very outdated, and decor was not matching, I think a man decorated and painted it LOL, Nothing matches anything lol, but my room was clean! Im not a picky person just needed a bed to sleep in for a night. The guy was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I am a midnight person, so I decided i wanted some microwave popcorn at midnight, the microwave either ran to hot or i bought bad popcorn. But in less then 2 minutes it burnt really bad, I set off the smoke alarms....lol and the room smelt really bad even in the morning when I left. I'm sure I woke my neighbors, so I apologize for that. If you just need a place to sleep its fine and not gonna cost an arm an leg! I would stay again.
GGuest UserMy adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure.
After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good.
When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.
HHAOXUAt that time, 18-year-olds were not allowed to check in. I asked the taxi from the airport to help the driver to submit the documents... It was a very social experience! The front desk service is also very good, very reasonable. The layout of the room is ok, it is a bit small. Although the window inside is only half of the wall, my room is just on one side, so there are two side windows, the view is still very good, at least you can see the light right. The environment is very quiet.
WWingMaryCheck in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!
DDeborah HambleyFabulous hotel & staff ,& great location. Shower could do with a seat & grab bars at shower end & a detachable showerhead, & grab rails at toilet, to make it more suitable for those of us with disabilities. And power assisted/self opening room doors/doors throughout hotel. Shame bar wasn't open. Room bins could have done with emptying more regularly. Rooms would be better with a keurig coffee machine than percolator, plus coffee in rooms wasn't great, glad I brought my own. But other than those few things, a great hotel, staff, breakfast & coffee in breakfast room were fantastic. Staff were all very friendly & very helpful. Certainly better than the last hotel I stayed at in Rochester MN.
