We came to this hotel a year ago for vacations, we left this hotel looking forward to come back and here we are again enjoying one more time our stay in this beautiful hotel, since you enter to its premises you are welcome the staff from the front desk are extremely friendly they recognized us immidiately so they welcome us with a hug they make us feel like a home. Same happen when we made use of the cafeteria we can tell how happy they were to see us again but we were more happy to see them again. Last but not least the housekeeping personal they were also very happy to see us again they are as everybody in this hotel so professionals and friendly and always making sure that we counts with all we need in our room. We will leaving the hotel in a couple of days but I can assure God's will that we will again looking forward to come back for our next vacations, thank you to those that work behind scenes like the people in charge of the reservations online and other office people that we not see but that we know they there to help us anything. Thank you...thak you...thank you all and God bless you!!

Review of Hotel Michanti, El Salvador: Positives: The location is fantastic! The hotel is just steps away from an amazing beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I highly recommend getting up early to catch the beautiful sunrise. The outdoor decor is nice and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a chill getaway. Negatives: We arrived late at night (around 10 PM), and the staff member who showed us to our room did not provide any information about the Wi-Fi, where to refill water, or breakfast times—essential details that travelers typically need after a long flight. My husband had to step outside to gather this information on his own. When you arrive at a hotel, you expect a warm welcome and a brief orientation, but instead, the staff member simply walked us to our room, opened the door, and left. Additionally, there was construction scheduled for the following morning, which was mentioned in a message we received the night we checked in. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete loss of Wi-Fi and electricity for the entire morning. Given the price we paid, I would consider staying elsewhere next time. I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but service is a crucial aspect of any hotel experience. If the staff had been aware of the outages, they could have at least apologized or provided us with some information during check-in. Overall, Hotel Michanti has a great location, and the breakfast was good, though a bit pricey. However, the customer service left something to be desired.

Very good experience, the hotel is comfortable, they have good food, awesome views, access to two small beaches. Pools for adults and kids and an awesome slide. It’s just 5 mins away from Surf City and other nice restaurants.

The hotel is located in a very safe area. There are restaurants throughout the area and you can walk. It is very clean with modern facilities. This very clean and modern room is comfortable with the same clean bathroom. Room for a person who touched me slightly small than usual but by the way very well. Excellent rest. Internet is very well, have taxi service. The staff very educated and willing to help. Breakfast is a buffet but something basic. I also recommend breakfast well. Quality price. Super.
