Hotels With Bar in Souss-Massa, Morocco

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

I recently stayed at Club Hotel El Moggar and I want to express my complete satisfaction. The property is impeccably maintained, ideally located, and the welcome is warm. A special thank you goes to the entertainment team – Hamza, Akram, Sofiane, Aïcha, Kamel, and Mr. Ali – for their energy and professionalism, which greatly enhanced my stay. My gratitude also extends to Mr. Fayçal, the manager, for his approachability and attentiveness, as well as to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I plan to return in the near future. Yasmina😜❤️❤️❤️

Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. I had a wonderful stay at Anezi Tower Hotel in Agadir! The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The views from the hotel are stunning, especially at sunset. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was a great place to relax with my family, and my child especially loved the pool. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel has all the services very carefully and the rooms are very good, they are quite spacious. The treatment of the staff is very attentive, they take care of you perfectly. What we liked least is that the doors of the rooms are very heavy and when they were closed they hit a lot, so much so that the doors of the room neighbors woke you up. Our room did not have a separate shower but rather an open shower in the middle of the bathroom and all the water was lost. The breakfast was not bad, but little variety. For a few days very well, but if you have to be more than 2-3 it will be monotonous.
