Hospitality was good! I stayed with a Peruvian, so I was able to flexibly with the color 々. Lunch boxes and free tea when leaving early in the morning. There is a timing when the momentum of the shower and the water supply is not constant (it comes out so that it can be played with a sound, it weakens), but it was able to be used without problems. Hot water is also available. I was happy to eat fresh vegetables such as avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers at breakfast. I couldn't use my credit at my timing, but I could pay in US dollars. I can buy water, snacks and chocolate. There is an outlet but there is no USB type charging port. It was also a little far from the square, but it was interesting because there were local markets and shops.

It is quite far from the five-star requirements, the environment is very good, the breakfast is too perfunctory, it is not convenient to get in and out of the hotel (far from Ouxingtai) to take a taxi is not very convenient

The hotel is very successful, near stops, taxis, shops and cafes, the room was 508, clean but a little killed with a web on the windows and unpleasant smell, bed comfortable, warm, hot water is, with a piece of soap and shampoo. Very delicious and saturated breakfast - Swedish table, from hot - omlet, unparalleled fruit salad, yoghurt, mushrooms, tea-coffee, bakers, cheese, ham.

On a part of the day , water is missing. I don't know if it's a problem with the hotel, but it seems to be a very regrettable city.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

The staff was very kind and I was able to respond to my parents when I forgot to load the plane and my luggage arrived directly at the hotel. The location is excellent and easy to get on the bus and railroad. The view from the rooftop is a masterpiece. I liked it so much that even on the day I finished sightseeing in Machu Picchu, I was taken care of by an additional day.

Everything was very good at this hotel, especially considering it is a 3-star property, but it feels like good 4 star hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, and we had a huge king-size bed as well as a double bed. There is daily cleaning service. Breakfast was generous and freshly served at the table by the owner, including fruit, jam, avocado and chicken sandwiches, omelets, and bread rolls with olives and spreads. It is a family-run business, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet, and we slept very well during all three nights.

GGuest UserDoesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

Jjy1890Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

KKattyTravelerUnfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hotel. The first is no heating here, no battery. On the third day of stay I got sick because of the cold. Reading the reviews, I realized that you could ask for a heater, what I did. The second is the hearing is really strong. huge gaps in the doors of the room. I hear absolutely everything - as people come and go, watch TV, talk, etc. I often woke up in the night when people went on tour and clapped the door. The third is a very scarce breakfast! Just two bulks per person, a little butter, cheese and sausage, jam and on a small dish serve the crambles , on drinks tea, coffee and that's all the breakfast . I also had a problem with breakfast for the tours. I asked to prepare them for me, but nobody did. I had two tours and I just throw money out for two breakfasts. Fourth - in the 5 days of my stay, I did not clean the room, although I read that the cleaning is daily. For 4 days I asked why my room was not cleaned and I was told I had to give the key to the room and then they would have cleaned. But of course no one said :) Lastly, the woman who cooks breakfast seemed to me not to love me because I don't speak Spanish. At the same time I saw her being nice to other guests. I wouldn't advise this hotel!

GGuest UserCleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserAmazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

MMARINAThe man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good.
