The first time I met two people, I had to make up the difference, and the cost was not low. After many communication between the staff of Trip.com , I was satisfied with the solution. Breakfast: Because it was early, the front desk helped pack breakfast

The look of the hotel does not look close to the photos on the trip.com. The photos are misleading and probably a max 3 stars hotel. The room I booked does not come with a bathtub which I really wanted after 5 days trekking to ABC. The air-control ran out of battery and took them more than 30 mins to come and fix it. It also took 5 mins before the hot water comes in the morning. The room and other 4 rooms are in the building that does not have lift and will be a real issue if one comes with big luggage. The building does not look like other 3-4 buildings. The check out time is noon and you have to pay 50% to late check out. In conclusion, it is not worth that kind of money for the room I stay.

There is a grand welcome ceremony when you check into the hotel! The wooden structure of the room is close to nature and the hardware facilities are good! The software service is also very good. The staff I encounter are polite and courteous, and they are full of hospitality. All requests are answered. The little girl working in the cafe also enthusiastically helped me take photos while I was swimming! The service guy in the restaurant in the picture is very serious, patient and considerate, and very expressive!

The resort is on a big slope. The environment is beautiful, and the flowers and trees are pleasing to the eye. It is a ten-minute walk from the lakeside commercial area. It is convenient for eating, taking taxis, shopping, and it is very quiet. The whole resort feels like there are three or four floors, and you can see the Phewa Lake. The service staff has a strong sense of service as a whole, very professional, and no special tips. If you are satisfied, you can put it in the tip box. The facilities are complete, and the daily supplies are very timely. The price-performance ratio is super high, and it is generally recommended.

Really good staff very good and quick service from the staff no need to remind for everything just tell them only once what you want and it's done although the hotel was packed all the time but managed really well with clean environment and the location is also very nice just Infront of the lake

The deluxe cottage rooms are not in the main building, and you can watch the sunrise on the sixth floor. The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

The room is large and the location is very convenient. The courtyard is designed like a holiday courtyard. It feels very good to have such a place in the busy streets. The only drawback is the design of the shower. After taking a shower, the whole toilet will be filled with water. Other aspects are very good

The serviced apartment is very nice and suitable for families

The hotel is on the mountain, near the Peace Pagoda, and the scenery is one of the best in Pokhara. But at the same time, this location is a bit remote, and a one-way taxi ride costs more than 1,000, which is suitable for retreat practice. There are not many staff in the store, but they are very enthusiastic and will help you arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only drawback is that the room was not cleaned during the 2 nights I stayed. 

Location is not exactly to lake side, room lack slippers, and hair dryer, reception servicing was very poor. Hotel food was ok not wow!!
