Hotels With Bar in Antwerpen, Belgium

I had a great stay at the A-STAY. It's a wonderful location to start your city-trip in Antwerp. Very convenient next to the beautiful train-station. Don't let this fool you, mostly hotels near train stations aren't always clean or feel safe, but this it definitely not the case with A-STAY. It's a very quiet hotel, easy to get to and well isolated rooms. I loved the separate toilet from the shower. There's a very big mirror in the room as well, to get ready - and the lighting is very cosy.

Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.

Excellent place to stay when on route. Very close to Central station and many shops and restaurants. Chinese food in the China street is a big recommendation for Asian food lovers. Corridors and rooms feel a bit boring though.... Could use some decorations.

For self-driving tours, this is a rare free parking hotel with a spacious parking lot. Although it is still 3-4 kilometers away from the city center, compared with the hourly parking fee in the city, free is very tempting. The room is small but has everything. The facilities of 3 single beds meet the needs of a family of three. The countertop built with drainage on the wall of the bathroom provides ample storage space. A very cost-effective stay experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

The room has been renovated and has a modern feel. Before arriving, we had contacted the hotel via email to confirm that a baby cot could be arranged. We arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk helped us check in very quickly and clearly informed us that there are a lot of free parking spaces for parking outside. The nearby location has good security. Even if we go to the Albert Heijn supermarket by ourselves at night to buy things, we will not feel dangerous. The only thing The heater is too hot, so I can still wear short sleeves when I open the window for two or three times. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. 

The location is only 5-10 minute walk from Antwerp Central train station and the walking path (sidewalk) was easy to roll our 3 large bags. I mention this because other EU cities have cobble stone walkways that makes it extremely difficult to pull your bags through the streets. Our stay was with 3 adults so we had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed and main bed were very comfortable. The room was larger than expected compared to EU standard. I say this because EU hotel rooms typically are much smaller than North American hotel rooms. The bathroom did not have a working lock. The door closed, but we could not lock it from inside. The lighting was poor in the bathroom. Our room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which was clean. We did not have breakfast there so I can not comment on the food selection and quality.

Located not very close to the center, there are not many shops nearby, clean with a good breakfast, friendly staff.

Had to book a last minute hotel because a change of plans. Everything else was booked or too expensive. This hotel was great, both in terms of price as well as quality! Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great is the nice neighborhood of Antwerpen Zuid, many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walking, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel to spend the night when visiting Antwerpen.
