How disappointed was the last guest who had stayed in this room before me . He/ she must be speechless and did not leave any feedbacks or recommendations for improvement For a hotel under the Thistle brand, this is unacceptable. It really shows that management does not care about upkeep or guest comfort. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should not be negotiable. Do not sell any room not worthy of your brand . The room felt like it had not been used for a long time - there was a strong, stale, musty smell the moment we walked in. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell and did not feel fresh at all. The maintenance is very poor: The fabric on the chair was stained The air-con temperature could not be controlled at all - it was freezing and uncontrollable, we eventually had to turn it off completely The tap was not working properly Even the curtains were not hung properly Overall deco is very dated and tired

To start off, the cleanliness, location, and amenities was alright. The shops are around 10 minutes away (by car) from the resort. My main feedback is on the service. The bellman is not functional. There are two bellman (i’m assuming they work by shift) When we arrived (@1:50pm), the first bell man took a while to come out and help us with our bags. I even had to carry the heavy bags by myself. He didn’t really provide any assistance. Next, when we checked out (@7:30 am), the second bellman didn’t even help us. Instead, he watches over us at his station while we carry the heavy bags. Mind you, there were empty carts available. None of them is filled with bags or any luggages. What is the slope at the entrance even for besides to cater for wheelchair users and baby strollers??? I had to push the door with my own body while carrying the heavy bags. He doesn’t even provide assistance to open the door! How ridiculous! Funnily enough, the only time I saw him walk out of the door is to get his food delivery. I believe there was a lack of supervision. From the surroundings, I noticed there were korean writings here and there, indicating that the hotel has a bunch of travellers from korea. For a hotel with a service like this, it doesn’t really meet the international standard does it? I hope there is an improvement in terms of the service. Thank you.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

This is a new hotel, only two months old. Parking is currently free. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Although check-in time is officially 2 PM, they allowed us to check in early at 12:35 PM. The RM50 deposit is refundable upon check-out. The room is comfortable, clean, and odor-free, with a good amount of space. All facilities work well. It would be perfect if the pillows were a bit higher for better sleep. You can make tea in the room, but unfortunately, shampoo, dental kits, and slippers are not provided. I also didn't see a hairdryer, so it might be available upon request at the front desk. The large mirror in the room faces the bed, which I covered with a towel while sleeping. They offer a simple breakfast in the morning, including bread and boxed char kway teow. Having a 7-Eleven next door is very convenient.

Lexis Port Dickson offers a convenient beachfront location with generally friendly staff, but recent guest experiences highlight notable shortcomings: rooms, while spacious and pleasant, show signs of aging and require more rigorous cleaning; the breakfast buffet, though varied, is frequently criticized for overly salty dishes; and while service is warm, yet communication challenges due to a high proportion of non-local staff creating occasional language barriers. Overall, it remains a practical choice for location-focused travelers, but cleanliness, food quality, and staff communication consistency need improvement to match guest expectations.

At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

First, let me complain about the hotel's cleanliness... The environment was not up to par. There was dust and hair all over the room, and the hallway was also dirty. The water in the Water Park pool was not clean, and many people were swimming in their regular clothes. The only good thing was that there were plenty of beds in the room, enough for many people to sleep, and the entertainment facilities were also good, with three slides that could keep you busy for a few hours... But one day is enough; two days would be very boring. It's still good for bringing kids.

The room was generally comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The toiletries provided were incomplete, as items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available. Parking is also quite limited, especially on weekends, and some guests may end up parking in a way that blocks part of the road. Additionally, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, although the electric mosquito repellent is provided but the mosquito's spray would be more helpful. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The place peaceful and safe. Breakfast is so delicious. Good service. Room is big, my daughter very exciting. Mose important is pool for kids 0.3m and adult 1.3m I love so much.😍
