Pretty good! The price/performance ratio is very high, and the transportation is very convenient. It costs about ten dinars to get to the airport. There are parks, zoos, and botanical gardens nearby, and the hotel service is also warm and thoughtful.

On arrive sur les étages de chambres sur moquettes non aspirées depuis des mois certainement tellement elles sont sales, on découvre certe une chambre spacieuse ( d'où le critère 5 étoiles) mais qui est vétuste et a besoin de rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans confort et surtout avec des articles de toilettes déjà utilisés.... La literie reste confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar....pas digne d un 5 étoiles . Il faut demander pour avoir des viennoiseries, le café il faut racler les fonds de thermos pour en avoir car ils ne rechargent pas, le fromage qui date de on ne sait quand et la charcuterie sèche et déshydratée. Vraiment vivement que les responsables se rendent compte de ce qu est un vrai 5 étoiles et même en Tunisie .... Ouvrez vos yeux!!!

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

The hotel is centrally located and not far from Tunis Carthage airport. The staff is always very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have recently been renovated. Breakfast is freshly prepared and tastes very good. There is something for everyone.

Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner. Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u. The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy. Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it. You can hear every noise from another room and in passage. View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there. Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it. Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there. No iron, no kettle. Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.

How can you-Hotel ibn khaldoun allow your own staff or persons connected to Harass and Disturb guest(just as myself) because some government officials(fbi, tunisian officials) have told you to bother and surveill me?  You had your staff use an unoccupied room(s) below my room and Blast the television to the max volume all through the night for over 10 hours!!  I addressed this issue with the reception desk person-Methlouithini and some other of their ”colleagues” and they lied and stated that the targeted, blatant noise disturbance from rooms 714, 716 would be resolved and it wasn't.  Obviously, I will Never stay at this establishment and implore everybody else never to patronize this hell hole Ever!

Questo albergo, a dieci minuti a piedi da Porte de France e, quindi, dall’ingresso della Medina, ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è perfetto per girare la città. Le camere - noi avevamo una tripla - sono ampie e funzionali. I letti comodi. Il bagno grande e ben organizzato. Buono anche il livello igienico e varia la colazione compresa nel prezzo. Unica cosa, forse, migliorabile il segnale Wi-Fi nelle stanze. La reception è aperta h24 e per chi viaggia in macchina poco distante c’è un parcheggio a pagamento custodito. Consigliato.

Visited during Ramadan which is challenging for the local staff, nevertheless everything and everybody met our expectations! A special thank you to Houcine during breakfast who was very tentative and welcoming every day, it was a joy to visit the breakfast buffet every day.

The room is not very big, the floor height is low, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, but it tastes good and the fruits are fresh. The hotel's location is convenient and very suitable for business travel. Overall very satisfied

Rooms are very small and very basic, like a jail cell with one very tiny window. Rooms temperature is controlled by the management so they choose if you get air conditioning or not. So when it’s hot outside, your room is very very hot too but when you tell them, they act like it is the first time they are hearing it; don’t be fooled, they know exactly what’s going on. Service in the front desk with the exception of two people is completely non-existent and you have to try very hard to get service and responses. The girl in the front desk with the black hair is usually smoking in the back office and playing on her phone and the restaurant staff have to tell her to come out to serve at the front desk. The other blonde haired girl, her name starts with A, is very mean and rude to most guests Omar and Asma are very nice. Housekeeping is super slow and not organized. Restaurant staff provide no service at all, not even a greeting. If you ask a question, they clearly are not happy to be disturbed from playing on their cellphones. They hide in the corner and gossip all throughout the meal service and play on their phone. It is not walking distance to the Old Town, it’s quite a walk so be very prepared to walk or take a taxi. Use Bolt Taxi and drop the price 3 dinars if you want to negotiate a rate. Airport to hotel from departure area was about 7 dinars but you can get it at about five dinars. Food is horrible at the hotel but they do serve an overpriced breakfast buffet. Outside it is very Sandy and dusty.

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎

Requested to borrow an iron but was given the brush off. Told to go back the next morning (it seems they do not ''work'' in the evenings). Went to the reception the next morning at least 4 times to ask and remind and each time I was creative answers from ''didn't they give you already?'' to ''it's with another guest'', to finally, ''we don't have any''. If they had simply said they do not provide right from the beginning rather than played around, I would not have been so disgusted with the poor attitude. They offered to press my shirt instead but who would dare trust them after all the run-around, by the very same receptionist?!

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.

This hotel is perfect but I'll argue.already when you arrive at the hotel one person welcomes us and a priori a guard stays all night to watch the vehicles of the client. once arrived the hotel is very luxurious and a very good Wi-Fi a disposition that works super well and with a lift to go to the room and in the room when you arrive there are fruits like oranges and dates etc and in the room the cart was very nice with also a bathroom then we We have a meeting room and a business center with full computer and breakfast is very good as well with a variety of different juices and variety proposed.There is also a spa and a swimming pool available for customers but you need to go to the building to do everything is written on a paper that is in the room and the hotel also has clean toilet

A typical high-quality hotel, worthy of praise, Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, the hotel facilities are all available, very good. Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of the airline ticket reservation department of Ctrip: You secretly changed the flight I booked to a red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

👌A 5-star hotel less than 10 minutes' drive from Tunis Airport. Before leaving Tunis, I had a meal here. My friends said that this was probably the best meal of the whole trip. In a nutshell~ 🌳The buffet has couscous, but spinach lasagna is my favorite, and there are several kinds of lamb. 🌸The cantaloupe here is so delicious that one person can finish two whole plates (we came at the end of April, not sure if it is in season) ☘️The hotel's facilities and design are also relatively new, good reviews
