It was all very to our satisfaction. The location is perfect, you are in a few minutes on the beach or at the restaurant. Breakfast was whatever good, especially waa with it. Your staff were very friendly and helpful, where may even be in our rooms earlier.

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is also option for breakfast and nice bar inside the hotel. The room is clean and enough facilities. I really enjoy staying here.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

Arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, no one at the front desk, after a while, people said that the room was not good, understandable, went out for lunch, temporary heavy rain, did not bring an umbrella, back to the hotel wet in the rain, it was already two in the afternoon Point, the front desk of the hotel didn't even check the computer to see the status of the room, and directly said that there is no room, or you can go to the restaurant at the back for a drink. As a result, the coffee is charged, not the hotel prepared for the wet waiting guests. In addition, the shortcomings of the boutique hotel are fully reflected in this hotel. In the toilet, press the flush button, and the water will reach the body. There is a towel rack for hanging clothes on the toilet paper towel, but hanging the washed clothes will make the paper towel wet. The waiter was really too enthusiastic. We wanted to go to Gdansk by boat, the waiter stayed up late to find the ferry tickets and routes for us, so that we successfully took the boat to Sweden and went to Poland smoothly. Lithuanians are really nice and kind

Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the desk and Internet connection are perfect for work. Breakfast options are varied and can start the day with a quick meal. GGuest UserIt was Park INN about 10 years ago and everything changed for the better. Everything seems to be clean now, the staff is friendly, but the hotel does need renovation. It is best not to look at the carpet. The ventilation has not been cleaned for about ten years, and the smell is very special. There is no kettle or bottle of water in the room, which is nonsense at the moment. The mattress covers are squashed, and you will find stripes on these folds in the morning. The breakfast is standard, but the coffee is terrible and may be the cheapest you can find.
The most important thing is that overnight stay is appropriate, but management needs to work more carefully
