GGuest UserSurprising. There was no evaluation as a reference. I was a little panicked. I caught up with the airport strike and changed the flight. I had no choice but to land in Bergamo and stayed at this hotel unexpectedly. Overall very good, clean and tidy, all free mini bar, full kitchen, design lobby and rooms, plus friendly and patient staff, we like this unexpected design hotel. There is a direct bus from Bergamo Airport. The overall feeling of the block is relatively safe. It is also convenient to walk back to Milan city for about five minutes from the train station. Overall praise, you need to pay attention to the front desk is not 24 hours reception, so the evening flight needs to be self-check-in, but the process is simple and convenient. When you check out the next day, you will complete the procedures and like it.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very enjoyable! Breakfast can be ordered in the room that is great! We ordered juice and coffee, fruit salad, cranch and yoghurt.
Drinking water is filled every day. Tea in the room. Tea in the bags and capsules for the capsule coffee machine are filled every day.
The room is very clean. Bed linen is silky. Hairdress, cosmetic items of good quality.
Location - above all praise. In the center of the old city. To the main square - 100 meters. But it is necessary to be ready for the bells start calling at 7:30 a.m.!!! And you can no longer sleep, they call every half hour.

Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. After following an easy and quick procedure to provide my details, I received the codes of the building and my room. Very recommended for the location, just out of the property you are in a pedestrian area with bars, nice restaurants and any kind of shops.
