We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits.

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

This is a truly excellent hotel, located just a minute's walk from the Caspian Sea. Many Chinese tourists stay here. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, especially welcoming to Chinese guests. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and when I returned from sightseeing, I found a complimentary cake from the hotel in my room. I was incredibly touched by this gesture.

It was a very clean hotel. The staff spoke English, so communication was not a problem. My room was on the third floor, and there was a water dispenser next to the elevator on my floor, and I was told I could drink the water from there, so I had no trouble getting enough water, even for breakfast. Amenities were provided, but there was no tissue, so I used toilet paper instead. They also held my luggage after check-out, so I had no problems at all. It was a wonderful hotel.

Excellent hotel, perfect cleanliness, delicious, varied breakfasts, good staff, attentive, I liked absolutely everything. This is the best thing I had in Aktau)

No claims! It was all high. Food, water, everything is fine. There is a swimming pool where children are not allowed. With children too a lot of entertainment. Aquapark and a park of attractions on the territory. We have all visits included in the cost of accommodation. We are very happy.

I originally booked an apartment in Aktau, but it had an incredibly uncomfortable mattress and old pillows. I had to urgently find new accommodation. In the end, I booked this hotel and regretted not doing so from the start. The hotel is located in the city center. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We received a free room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need. The mattress and pillows here are excellent and comfortable. The bed, however, is a bit narrow for two, but it's not a major issue. Housekeeping is done daily. The breakfasts are also good, with a decent selection. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. We ordered room service in the evenings — the food was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Aktau!

I spent two nights at this hotel. It's worth noting that the front desk is open 24/7, as advertised. My flight was late, so I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m. There was a misunderstanding due to an old cancelled reservation, but it was quickly resolved with a room upgrade. The room I was given was spacious. Water and tea were brought daily. There was an electric kettle. The bathroom had everything except toilet paper, but they brought it upon my first request. The air conditioning worked well in the heat. Hot water was also available. Slippers were provided. In the morning, breakfast awaited me in the cafe. It was quite filling: scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, and tea. The hotel's location is also excellent: a 10-minute walk to the city beach, next door is a delicious burger joint, and the street nearby is full of various cafes and restaurants open until late. Overall, the hotel left a good impression.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was affordable, the front desk service was good, it seemed that the Chinese were staying, it was very polite, the friendship between China and Afghanistan was long-lasting, and the environment was very warm.
