We had a great stay at Motto Hotel. The location was amazing, seconds away from Times Square! The room was clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly - overall a very good experience.

Location of the hotel was good. Very close to Times Square, grand central station and bus stands. Hotel was easy to check in and check out. Everything is available close to the hotel . Lots of places to eat too. There is a market in the hotel where u can take anything worth 15$ . Hotel room was big and nice .

I would like to compliment Ms. Mariam Ibrahim for her outstanding and courteous service during my check-in at the New York Marriott Downtown. From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home. She kindly suggested an upgrade to the 38th floor with access to the Executive Lounge at a very reasonable charge—a memorable experience for my family, as we had never stayed so high before. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and even from the lounge we could see the Statue of Liberty, which made our stay even more special. Ms. Mariam’s professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. She is definitely well-suited as a frontliner, and her service made our stay an unforgettable one.

The breakfast was good. There was a lot of selection. Location was near the Flushing Meadows and near the US open. Very easy to walk to. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel room and amenities were good. But the staff was exceptional they were very helpful and accommodating our super early check-in. This is how hotel staff used to be, highly recommend. Location is within minutes of grand Central an multiple subway stations.

Booked this for my son's trip. It's very close to his classmate's school, with convenient parking. The breakfast was very good and my son was very satisfied.

The room is OK, the location is close to the waterfall, the room is new and big, the facilities are generally in line with the positioning of a fast hotel, and everything is available. The breakfast is good for American hotels. There was a small problem when I first checked in, and Ctrip customer service solved the problem quickly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, very good, the hotel is very refined, the location is very close to the university, there is a supermarket nearby, Chinese food store, very convenient, I really like this hotel

WiFi wasn’t working. I was told it had not been working for days. Unbelievable for a hotel in the center of New York City. Will never come back
