They gave us a family room outside of the main building of the hotel. So, we exposed the voice coming from the street. The room was large enough but at the first glance we felt a little bit unsafe, but it was OK. However, there was a draft of cold air in the room that we could not locate, Croissants at the breakfast were the worst I have ever tasted. Please change your supplier. Stuff was kind and helpful.

Service was professional and breakfast spread interesting mix of local food. It was very conveniently located opposite the bologna central train station.

Our room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

I have to say I had a great time staying there, with very helpful staff like Doina, Sara. Place is reachable by public transportation with very good supermarkets Esselunga, Lidl around. And there is plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is with many choices and staff are friendly. I had an event on Sunday there, all staff were so helpful.

The manor hotel with its own Michelin restaurant, the environment is very good, especially suitable for leisure vacation, room hardware and software are impeccable, UBER taxi to the town center is very close. The attitude at the front desk was so-so, no smiley faces throughout.

I really liked the hotel. Close to the station, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a TV, a refrigerator and all the amenities.

Perfect stay, few steps away from the train station and the historical center, right in front of the Montagnola Park. The room was perfect, ready despite my early arrival. A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.

Excellent location. Free parking in the city. All staff very available. Hotel that remembers a little the beautiful eras !!! I recommend
