The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.

Place has a lot of potential. Nice building and nice rooms. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Our room was clean on the surface (clean bedsheets, toilet, sink etc), but everything else is very dirty (cupboard, mirror, parts of the floor - under the bed and behind the door - walls) were very dirty. Some stains in the hallway were there for multiple days. Had to ask reception 3x for towels (wait time: 22 hours) en 4x for toilet paper (wait time: 6 hrs). It's not really that close to East Gate to walk comfortably on a major road, but the subway is very near. Our stay was comfortable, but a little more effort, and this place would be great.

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This was a good hotel for the night. Nothing special about the room, but the lobby looks nice and the staff is helpful. It’s not too far from the Taj Mahal, but you cannot see the Taj Mahal from the building at night since the Taj Mahal is not lit up at night.

Highlights Spectacular City View: The view from the top floors is truly impressive and offers a beautiful perspective of the city. Good Food Quality: The food served at the hotel is quite good, with a range of options to choose from. Areas for Improvement Expensive Dining: While the food is tasty, it is noticeably expensive, which may not suit all budgets. Remote Location: The hotel is situated outside the main city area, making it less convenient for those who want easy access to city amenities. Lack of Nearby Supermarkets: There are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so plan ahead if you need essentials. Overbearing Staff: After check-in, staff members unnecessarily follow guests all the way to their rooms, which can feel intrusive. Excessive Security Checks: Security procedures are repeated multiple times, which can be inconvenient and make the stay less relaxing. This hotel may appeal to travelers seeking great views and good food, but be prepared for higher prices, a less central location, and some unnecessary procedures.

Convenient transportation, health situation can be said to be general, worthy of this price. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for the appetite of Chinese people. There are shopping malls around, shopping and eating are more convenient. There is a swimming pool on the roof, you can swim for free, it is recommended.

I wouldn't stay in Agra for more than one day and this hotel is perfect for this. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom could use some maintenance but it was clean. We ate at the buffet restaurant on the evening and morning and the food was fresh and varied like what you would expect from an international hotel brand. Location is ok I guess, but again we went to Agra to see the Fort and the Taj, not the city that is beyond crowded and messy. As anywhere in India, staff will pressure for tips but nothing to be annoyed by.
