CChanté DevnarainThe bedding was old and ripped in some places, the in room safe was also broken. The room was not well maintained upon checking in. After complaining, the staff attended to each matter and solved the problem. The location was great, within walking distance to the city centre and transportation easily available. Breakfast and dinner was superb.

MMarti_13I stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills during a business trip and was very impressed with the overall experience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the spacious room. The large seating area next to the huge window, complete with a comfortable sofa, created a relaxing atmosphere and was a perfect spot for reading, working, or simply unwinding after a busy day. In my case, it became an ideal place for meditation and quiet reflection. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with attentive and professional staff always ready to help. The breakfast experience was another standout feature. The restaurant is very spacious, with plenty of seating available, so it never felt crowded. The selection is extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options, all well presented and of high quality. The fitness center is modern and well equipped, featuring a good range of new machines. I was also pleased to see that personal training support is available when needed, adding extra value for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. As I was mostly transported between the hotel and my meetings, I cannot fully comment on the location. However, it appeared to be conveniently situated, with the city center easily accessible. There are also restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls within walking distance, which is a great advantage for both business and leisure travelers.

LLove Travelling2024While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick. The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

AAsadSayedI loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

GGuest UserI had no choice but to pick this hotel as it was the designated meeting point for a local company visit by an industry association, and there were no other affordable alternatives nearby. There was a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but it was in a rather old, commercial van. The shuttle only runs once an hour, making it quite inconvenient. The hotel isn't particularly close to the airport, and the accommodation fee is very overpriced compared to the overall quality of service, including the facilities and in-room amenities. While there weren't any major issues, the reception staff's attitude was odd. I definitely won't be staying here again.

TTaranjitkaur1102I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.
