Good location near to market which have good choice of restaurants
Rooms are very small and basic
Breakfast is good and overall value for money
Need to improve on cleanliness as rooms have started looking tired
good hotel and well maintained. has a spa and massage with good gym facility. Perfect for business traveler. on the highway so makes time travel a lot more easier.
The environment of the hotel is very clean, the bedding is also very clean, the overall hotel feels quite advanced and the design is novel. The service staff is very good, very friendly and willing to help the guests. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, there are Western and Indian breakfasts, and the taste is good. Praise.

Had an amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which added to the overall experience.
The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and the service was truly beyond exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in Gurgaon!
The facilities are OK, the hot water is good, the room is clean and tidy, but the air conditioning is not very effective, but Delhi is not too cold, so it is acceptable. Overall, it is better than the Hilton I stayed in Jaipur the day before 😅
I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.
The four-star hotel has a five-star standard. The surroundings of the hotel are very good. The breakfast food is good and the surroundings are quiet. The only bad thing is that the sofa on the first floor of the hotel is a bit smelly and overall affordable.
A nice hotel experience. Kind and considerable service, nice environment, clean and tidy, worth to go again. Good choice to stay no matter vacation or business. If next time there, definetly will go
Very Good

Very Good
NNishtha GautamIt’s actually a turn of fate that is leading me to write this kind of a review. I was going to give this place a 5 star review until a phone call disturbed my spa session at their extraordinary JIVA. I can’t give beyond 2.5 now.
First the good things:
1. The newly renovated Paranda serves very good Punjabi food.
2. JIVA spa here is the best I’ve been to in India especially because the therapist (Lha) knew what she was doing. Give her a raise!
3. Stunning view from both my rooms.
4. Gurleen at reception is FABULOUS and the check in process was smooth. She also accommodated my requests.
5. It’s a GREAT hotel all in all.
BUT
1. After checking out from one of the rooms (other one was occupied by teen daughter and her 2 friends. This was birthday staycation cum party), I had to go for my spa session. All bills were settled. The caller from reception asks me to come over because “we swiped your card for X amount when you checked out but money didn’t come to us. We need to see the proof.”
2. When My daughter and her friends checked out (I was still in the spa) she was told the same. Fortunately, she had my handbag with my cards AND the CC receipt I had saved. I usually never ask for the customer copy but I’m SO GLAD THAT I DID THIS TIME.
3. Now, nowhere in the world will you ask to give a proof for the payment already made and embarrass your patron. The reception staff did it TWICE.
4. When I raised it at the time of leaving the hotel, not even a sincere apology was extended. Only, “we’ll try to figure out why this was done”.
5. Minor irritants that I could have ignored but am unwilling to do so now: there was absolutely NOTHING in the minibar. Not even a can of soda. Heck, I had to call the room service to get the glasses. No fruit/snack/nuts/cookies. Yes, sometimes people like a quick munch—especially to take medicines—and can’t wait for room service. Yes, we can happily pay for minibar contents.
6. The fridge in my room wasn’t working. When I checked out, I took the Coke can that I ordered last night ***** to the poolside while I awaited my spa appointment. The beverage was warm and I requested for ice. I was asked if the can was bought in-house before they provided service. Whoa! If you are reading this, Taj Surajkund guys, please check my room service bill.
7. And this takes the cake—on the drive back home the girls (14, 15 and 16) told me that someone knocked at their door multiple times during the night. When they looked through the magic eye, they saw an eye staring back. They got scared as hell but didn’t wake me up because they know I sleep early. Each time the knock happened, they’d get into a huddle and clutch a glass bottle each in case a break-in happened. They were scared to call the reception because they probably didn’t want nuisance on a hard-earned pajama afterparty. Maybe it was a badly behaved guest who was pulling this prank…they thought.
Again, I could have let this slide but not now…this is not what one expects in India’s oldest hotel chains.
So, what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing, and uplifting staycation turned into something of a bitter aftertaste. And after having spent A LOT OF MONEY for just one night staycation, I am forced to leave this review here.
Bbinthe hotel was under rennovation, and half of the rooms are in concrete. This should be disclosed when we book the hotel. The desks in the room had a layer of dust from the rennovation I think, which was inevitable. Also there is constant rennovation noise in the day, but i was out during the day, so the noise did not bother me.
The 2 boys at front desk are helpful and nice. They responded to my request to the best they can.
I asked for 1 toilet paper roll and they gave that quickly.
In the booking it included breakfast, but the 2 boys told me that breakfast is not included, and i can order on the menu and pay. I showed them the booking, and they asked me if i am okay with a veg sandwich and tea. I said sure. The tea was good. Veg sandwich was okay.
The shower's water tab is loose and falling out. I asked the boys to fix it, cos it is hard for me to turn the tab to the side for hot water. One boy showed me that it can work and he rotated the inside of the tab a bit so that it is already in the position for hot water, then put the tab back on. I was like... fine.... i will not give you a hard time.
on the day i checked out, i said no breakfast needed, but pls give me a bottle of water. The boy gave me water from the fridge immediately with no charge.
ALl in all, the 2 staff were hardworking and responsible. I praise them for that.
黄黄Booked a business bed room, left me a room with two single beds together, this service is really unprofessional, generally the hotel will reserve a room according to the reservation, the result tells me that there is no other option!
AAmarpreetWe were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel and best thing is that they upgraded my room to premium and it was super huge and spacious , ***** with that the service is top notch and quick.
Highly recommend and loved the cheese cake.
DdyhxThe hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent.
The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.
SSamantha Allison De CostaThe hotel was ok, the wifi was down and they could not confirm the when it will be up. As my colleagues was there for business trip and wifi was a must.
PPANCHALWhile the location of Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 is incredibly convenient, right inside the Good Earth City Centre mall, the rooms left something to be desired. They were quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially for more than one person. Room service, however, was efficient. Orders arrived quickly and the food quality was surprisingly good for a budget-focused hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills stay with easy shopping and dining access, it's decent. However, don't expect spacious accommodations or luxurious amenities.
