The five-star hotel room is not big, many things are old, two suitcases are opened, there is no place to go, but the hotel environment is okay, the swimming pool outside is also big, the lobby or other meeting places are also pretty good!

We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

I went to Ghana twice and stayed in this hotel twice. I became friends with the Chinese owner. Whenever I was not satisfied with the food outside, I would order Chinese food in the hotel. Chinese people who have just arrived in Accra can definitely use this hotel as a base.

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^

5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞
6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

RRobert Gwee WalkerThe facility is decent, has ample space and amenities that create a home-like feel. However, the environment is quite noisy with market noise, sound from the traffic and church.
There were some issues with the room and sitting room area, including an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning unit leaked water into the room, causing my luggage to get wet overnight. I also had to request internet access the following day before receiving the password.
While the facility is reasonably priced, it requires better maintenance to give customers a good experience.

GGuest UserThe guys at the reception are super nice. I was helped with my luggage when I arrived but when leaving, I was on my own. Breakfast was great since the hotel itself owns a commercial restaurant that serves great food. There are local delicacies on the menu, but no staple dishes like fufu or banku. (U might have to go elsewhere if u wanna try typical Ghanaian dishes. The environment is quite noisy but the windows are quite sound proof. A good place to be if you’re in Accra

GGuest UserIt’s always a pleasure staying at Embassy Gardens. One of the best places to stay in Accra without question. Easy access to Accra central and great amenities nearby. The complex also has a pool and a gym that you and use. Staff are also friendly.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our time at KCS Guest House. The property is clean and well maintained and located in a peaceful part of the city. There are a few stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance and you can also have some tasty food served in your room or in the lounge at the guest house itself. Special mention is deserved by Blessed (reception) and Prince (the chef) who looked after us very well throughout our stay.
