QQueen_mHotel Sobrado offers fantastic value for money. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff made a lasting impression. The woman (sorry forgot the name) at the reception desk was wonderfully warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional throughout my stay, always eager to handle any small request.
The service overall is great, with thoughtful amenities like a convenient shuttle transfer directly to the beach. If you prefer to stretch your legs, the hotel is just a comfortable 10-minute walk from the sand and turquoise waters.

GGuest UserLocation and staff where great but willing to exchange money and give chance in euros is causing problems ..
the room had handles fooling off the drawers and whole on the duvet cover
FOOD apart of breakfast food is VERRY poor and unimaginative… the fish restaurant was ok but it could be Great with a little training and better selection of menu and opening earlier in the morning

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, large in size, and there was enough kitchen equipment to cook by yourself. The toilet seat is a bit loose. There is quite a lot of storage space. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and there are questions and answers. When we arrived at night, we personally greeted us outside and provided free welcome drinks. The Italian restaurant downstairs is the best in Santa Maria.

GGuest UserI had a few initial issues with the electricals in the room which the manager Miguel sorted quickly, lovely guy. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle bus into Santa Maria meant could enjoy a nice sandy beach. Quiet location with restaurant and bar and nearby mini market.

DDenisNice location, close to the center, close to the beach and restaurants, very clean, don't hesitate to run the water a little, to have hot water (it's not eco-friendly!, but it works), very well-stocked buffet breakfast!, coffee is decent, however, the fruit juice is rather average, the room is spacious, as is the bathroom, the comfort, from the bed, is perfect, and a calm reigns (pool side!), ideal for having a good rest!, for those who have chosen, with the meals, it's okay for the price of the whole thing, for other budgets, the ideal is breakfast, and bakeries are nearby, as well as a mini-market (decent prices), the bar is good, and the cocktails are great (decent prices).
Overall, it's good in general, for those who want more, just put your hand in your wallet!!
