Enjoyable city break. The hotel is perfectly located for all the local amenities and sightseeing venues. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative about the room was that there was noise from the street and roads below. The breakfast was great with adequate choice. Hot drinks machine available 24hrs . Excellent value for money.

The room was very acceptable except the beds were basic and quite hard. The pillows were of poor quality . We had a view , but unfortunately it was of the desalination plant opposite. Air- Con very good . Safe in room free and worked well Breakfast was extremely poor and bland . No fresh fruit the first three days - only tinned . Then only melon and banana , next day kiwi !! A treat !! Considering the area we are in we found that hard to understand. No omelettes just fried eggs. One day actually started cooking my own as the chef was no where to be seen . Pre cooked scrambled eggs - there for the whole service . Bacon and sausages swimming in grease . Hard boiled also available. A selection of of sliced bread , no rolls etc . I think you get the picture. Coffee machines were good . Selection of various coffees , hot water and milk. When we got here the hotel was extremely busy. Wedding on the Saturday. Outside area /pool was cordoned off to “hotel guests” On the Sunday still busy , again “outsiders” came in for a child’s confirmation and pool party , so wasn’t again available for residents . My biggest disappointment was how ever after using the outside pool for nearly 4 days , I was told it was closed until July !! It was cordoned off . I complained and was told the pool had been closed all the time , they had no knowledge of the other use and if I wish to use it “that was my responsibility “ . we had to use towels from the room The Spa was “free” and part of the deal and I have to say was the highlight of the stay. Although the other reviews were spot on it’s in no doubt in decline . The area is rusty , the walls plaster and paint coming off . Being salt water and hot it needs constant maintenance I guess - clearly still not getting it . After Monday the hotel was extremely quite. The staff focus on service is non existent- no eye contact always looking at computer screens and no care or answers to enquiries. We didn’t eat in the hotel - not sure anything was available to be honest. There was no bar person except if you pressed a bell . The Hotel is situated as well we knew , right on the outskirts of town , but there are a few places to eat out locally ( rose Indian restaurant) the very best . There is also a “petrol station “ across the road that serves good food , beer and coffee . I know doesn’t sound great but worth a pit stop ( very nice people) . The walk into town is a brisk 20 minutes. As with many Hotels it could be great with the nature environment and beauty but it seems that there is no will and desire to be so .The management have lost their focus. I would come back to the area , but certainly wouldn’t come back to this tired, uninspiring place and quite frankly I’m not sure they cared if I did or not .

Hemos estado alojados el puente de la Inmaculada y ha sido un gran descubrimiento para nosotros. Es un hotel reformado recientemente. Tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y simpático. Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiremos.

We arrived early and asked at Reception if we could leave our luggage there until our room was ready - they allowed us to use our room straight away (over 3 hours early) The room was nice, comfortable bed & a very large bathroom. We enjoyed our breakfast - decent value for €10 with plenty of choices. I used the Fitness room which was a nice extra. The staff were extremely helpful at reception & the location of the hotel is excellent. You’re only about 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. We were there for the Ricky Martin concert at the Plaza Los Torros, which was a 15 minute walk away. Will definitely stay at the Hesperia Murcia Centro again.

Hotel with great value for money It is not central so tram, bike or car will be essential. Clean hotel with everything you need and where everything works. It's a pity that in winter it's cold in the rooms because of the nonsense of 19C The air comes out cold At night, since there is no hot air, you will need a blanket that is not in the room Easy to park I recommend visiting the neighborhood behind where on the main street there is a very good oven and more shops.

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

I stayed for 11 nights. My room was quiet, no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a very reasonable hour. The sheets and bedding were as good as new. My room was attended to every day. The staff were professional, friendly and simpaticos :-) The hotel's location is perfect adjacent to the shady tree lined Floridablanca garden and about 7 minutes stroll to the Cathedral the historic heart of Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return.

Lugar ideal, por su ubicación, por las instalaciones y por el gran equipo personal, atento y profesional y todos los servicios de que dispone. Estuve alojada con mis dos niños durante cuatro días y sin duda una experiencia para repetir tan pronto se pueda. La comodidad de las zonas comunes de cocina y comedor. Nosotros hicimos uso de ella para desayunar, ya que las comidas y cenas fuimos a los restaurants que María, la jefe de recepción nos recomendó, y agradecidos del acierto. Así como a visitar diversos lugares y Cala Cortina .Estamos muy contentos. También hicimos uso de la lavandería, subimos a la terraza con unas vistas espectaculares. Los niños encantadísimos con los toboganes que comunican las distintas plantas, toboganes que también usaban los adultos, una novedad que diferencia el hostel. En definitiva, satisfechos de la gran experiencia en LoopINN Cartagena. Repetiremos seguro! Gracias equipo

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time has been better than the previous one. The room was very clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was still smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room, as I was here for the first time. The dryer you have to be pressing a button all the time and at the end your fingers are tired, and at least in our last room there was no swab in the bathroom, so I couldn't slip my hair in front of the mirror. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

The location is located outside the Thader shopping centre. The comfortable and comfortable bed. Very good cleaning. We have provided extra couchs and easy parking without having to use pay parking . and bowling next door

Hotel bueno para pasar una o dos noches. Nosotros hemos estado en dos ocasiones, para hacer una noche de paso. Tengo que decir que esta última vez, lo he visto más descuidado,sobretodo las zonas comunes, pasillos, ascensores, escaleras, todo muy sucio. Por suerte tanto la habitación, como la cafetería estaban limpias.

We spent a week at the Azarbe. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is very good. There is a menu of the day which is excellent value and plenty of choice for breakfast. The most outstanding thing about the Azarbe is the amazing staff, particularly the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They even booked a dentist appointment for me when I lost a tooth on the Friday night. Sara was especially helpful and friendly, as we're the two gentlemen on the desk. The waiter in the breakfast room brought me gluten free products every morning when we went in. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We were unable to reach the hotel by car due to a city festival whereby the roads were blocked by police. Once we reached the hotel by foot asking for possibility for parking we re met with no option to park and since we did not have anywhere to park a car (on the street was not an option since no spaces available and a huge city festival happening) we asked to cancel our booking, this was too short notice, booking.com and the hotel did not agree to waive the cancellation costs and therefore we paid for a nights stay without staying at the hotel.

The fact is that they have done a lot of cooperation with us. If it is true that we found some unimportant details at the beginning, due to the inconvenience caused to you, they did not provide them with a bottle of cava, but they themselves provided it. Many details. The room facilities are complete and detailed. It must be said that only the details of the bathroom make us fall in love.

The photos display on the website of this hotel are not from this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either. Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho! The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out. Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

The hotel was clean, in the room lacked the coffee shop as it was in the description. The large bed, the pad a little hard, the nice coats. The regular bathroom, we ordered a shower but we got the bathroom. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The worst of the whole bedroom. The breakfast is too bad, I asked a jam toast and tomato. The bad jam and the worst I've ever tasted. And the tomato had only seeds. It was not even made with pear tomatoes. The horrible coffee insipid. I don't understand this in a 3* hotel. The rest of the things.

Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Cartagena. Reception were really friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. Very modern and nicely fitted out. We also had a kettle in the room with teas & coffees and a fridge. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Mejor de lo que esperábamos. Un hotel con fácil aparcamiento. Es verdad que no estás al centro pero tampoco está muy lejos de él. La habitación que nos dieron era básica pero tenía todo para ser cómoda: baño completo, un armario, mesita y mesa y silla de escritorio. Fuimos con perritos y nos pusieron en una ala del hotel para que no molestase a nadie. El desayuno está muy bien, no es buffet pero te dan a elegir el café o té, tostadas o bollería y zumo. Pero lo mejor de todo es su gente: las personas de recepción son muy amables y educadas al igual que la gente que trabaja en el restaurante. Da la sensación de ser un hotel grande familiar con gente profesional. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de visitar Cartagena en verano y, por supuesto, elegiremos este hotel para nuestra estancia. 100% recomendable.

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful ”old atmosphere”. Most of the general space on the first floor (where we stayed) I personally found very atmosphereally decorated. The hotel room itself was also applied to the ”sphere”. Lifts in place. Free parking on the street. Great tram connection to the centre of Granada (20 minutes) Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel! Improvements: Unfortunately, in our room only high windows without view. There were no lamps in the bed lamps, so only a large light in the room. The bathroom has a problem with fungi in kitnadens, which is a very big deal, and I hope that something will be done soon! There was no reception staff behind the check-out bar. We sounded the clock twice and waited a while. Then the key was put through the lock in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).

What an amazing gem. Used this hotel to explore the military history in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, clean, bed comfortable, large room. Views from the beautiful roof terrace are amazing. We used the hotels restaurant, although small the food was very good and great value. Breakfast was very tasty, what a bargain!
