Wir sind begeistert! Wir sind zu dritt gereist: 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (11 Jahre). In unserem Zimmer gab es ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Die Matratzen sind bequem und waren nicht ausgelegen. Für 1 Woche reichen die Staumöglichkeiten für die Kleidung aus. Mit Segel-/Surfklamotten muss man sich mit den Koffern gut organisieren. Da wird der Platz sehr knapp und der kleine Balkon musste bei uns als ausgelagerte Wäschekammer herhalten. Dennoch ist das Zimmer gut geeignet und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserkocher. Zunächst noch ein ganz großes Lob für das Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es gibt verschiedenes frisches Obst, verschiedene Brotsorten, Kuchen, verschiedene Müslis, verschiedene Milchsorten, verschiedene Tees, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Wurst, Eier, Joghurt, Marmelade... einfach alles! Das nächste Lob geht an die Herrin und den Herr des Hauses. Sie sind höflich, lustig, zuvorkommend, dankbar - genauso, wie man sich einen guten Hotelier wünscht. Es gibt von unserer Seite aus nur 3 Beanstandungen: der Fön taugt wirklich gar nichts für längere Haare, es gibt etwas wenig Kleiderbügel und die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist eine echte Herausforderung für etwas größere Autos. Aber diese Beanstandungen sollten mit einem Lächeln gelesen werden. Wenn wir wieder zu Gast am Gardasee sein sollten, dann werden wir auf alle Fälle hier wieder zuerst um ein Zimmer anfragen. This hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

A modern 4-star hotel that deserves every star. Great staff from reception to the breakfast buffet. Nice, clean rooms.

Abbiamo soggiornato diversi giorni in questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'accoglienza ricevuta, il personale è giovane e molto gentile. Nota di merito é la presenza nel parcheggio delle colonnine di ricarica elettrica, servizio che ormai dovebbere essere messo in evidenza nelle app di prenotazione. Le stanze sono insonorizzate e i letti comodissimi. Ottima la colazione, il ristorante invece dovrebbe variare il.menu e aumentare le porzioni.

Pleasant stay, enjoyed the sauna services. Loved the juicing machine at breakfast and Prosecco at breakfast too! Just a lil out of the way unless driving.

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere.
