Beautiful hotel 4 KM from the Airport. Wonderful and kind management. Rooftops have great views at sunset. Only complaint was bathroom light was automatically on, and very bright, at 3:00 am, was a surprise. The little cafe up the street and to the right has wholesome food. Both are nicely priced.

The service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.

The daily breakfast was prepared in house and amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and any needs were addressed.The breakfast was amazing.Definitely exceeded our expectations coming from the United States where we are used to a cold breakfastDefinitely was very happy with it.Miguel went over and above to drive us to a couple destinations so we wouldn't have to find a taxi.And they were ready with amazing recommendations for dinners!

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

These guys are very nice, friendly and helpful. Anything you might need, they are always there to help. Location is great, close tl Ejido park, historic center and artesanal market, nice and quiet in the night. Breakfast is also very delicious. Rooms are clean and they clean them daily and provide new towels if necessary without any questions. I totally recommend this place. My second time here and definitely I will come again

There was a leak in my bathroom that almost ruined my personal cleaning items. The room they gave me was in front of the stairs and it was always noisy with people talking loud. The bottom of the toilet was disgusting. The person that welcomed me was the only one I cold day was efficient. I left the hotel this morning when I was supposed to leave tomorrow. That is how bad I felt there.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Shadian Airport is very close. It only takes 5 minutes. The bus departs every 20 minutes. It is very convenient and fast. The driver is very diligent and helps carry luggage. However, it is very slow to check in at the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to queue to get into the room. I am very tired from flying. , and I’m hungry, so it’s really not good to wait too long. But the massage was very good! 👍The food is also good! 👍
