We had a king water view which was lovely. The bed very comfortable but bathroom very small compared to other Hiltons we have stayed at. It was not cheap at $389!a night but it did include breakfast. We never include breakfast as we are not big breakfast people and those $30-$40 per person buffets are not worth it for us. Since it was included we had some but disappointed to find that a barrister coffee was extra and $7 for a small cup. This was the only option for non dairy coffees. That said the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. No water in room not even a jug to cool some tsp water. Nice big flat screen tv and whilst there were no streaming services on it there were some free movies. No usb points in the room and only one comfortable chair.
Overall, pleasant stay in a Studio room.
Room was clean and well presented - only grumbles are
> no desk chair to use if working in the room
> side table next to the bed is small.
Studio rooms are
> near the front gate, and so subject to a little noise in the early morning
> side-by-side, and back-to-back with each other
One night was not so pleasant as a neighbour seemingly fell asleep to their TV, which was at very high volume, with the noise transferring through the common wall.
Quite dirty structure, even in rooms (which are quite large)
(Room and motel was quite dirty)
Well breakfast included
(Good breakfast)
Motel comfortable in Katherine to reach the nearby places (but the country is objectively very small).
(Good position, but Katherine is quite small)
The Argus hotel was a great place to stay. Breakfast was alright would of been nice if there was an egg station. The location is on a quieter back road
Overall good but this is more a motel than a hotel.
Restaurant on site available with good choice of food. There's also a small shop next to reception where you can purchase souvenirs, water, toothpaste etc.
We very much enjoy staying at Double Tree regularly. We love having a pre dinner drink in the bar and both restaurants, which provide different food experiences, are great. The pool is wonderful when the weather is hot and the staff are always friendly.
The room was big and bed very comfy.
Rooms not very soundproofed though.
However, the restaurant served yummy food. My kids loved the pizza! The pool is huuuge and lovely. The resort also have a second hand market when we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
Free WiFi which isn’t the best but does work, no other amenities in the rooms except shampoo/conditioner.
Clean rooms not much tv option and the rooms do not block out much noise can hear everything that’s goes on in the halls.
I stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets.
The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.
Very Good

SSusanna NZGood location. It's just noisy during the night; we can hear people on the street screaming. More security is needed to prevent non-customers from entering the property.
GGuest UserGreat location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount.
YYi ๛กThis is my favorite hotel in the whole trip! The stay experience was completely beyond my expectations. The restaurant in the resort is very good, with many choices, and the business hours include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the activities that can be booked are all near the hotel, which is very convenient for travel!
DDanielwe enjoyed a lot our stay in Desert Palms, cosy bungalows, walking distance from city, good pool, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. It is great the bungalows have a kitchenette well equiped. Beds could be better but overall we sleep well.

LLow Siong Lye 27052025I had a great stay at Capitanos! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and close to major supermarkets like Coles, which made picking up essentials really easy. There were also several good bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options without having to go far.
The highlight, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was answering questions, giving local tips, or just creating a welcoming atmosphere, their service really stood out.
Overall, Capitanos offered a comfortable and well-located base for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!
GGuest UserThe room is quite big, but the hygiene is a little bit poor, and the service is basically non-existent. There is a lack of labor here, and the food trays from the next door were not collected for 2 days after the meal service was finished. I stayed for 3 nights, and only 2 bottles of water were provided on the first night.
VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
