Friendly and great service staff. Air-conditioning need servicing, there were dirt flew out and they have to clean it. Location is nice. A bit run down. Facility are good. They provided shaver cream and lotion which is really nice. Reasonable price, overall is good except the air-conditioning.

The place is nice and good for everyone I recommended the place as it’s quite and near from other fast food and restaurants and other places to visit and take some pictures and see the sunset near beaches and staff is intimidating in a good way but still they tried their best to provide what they can.

Stayed for one night with my 3 year old, beds were super comfy, property is in the perfect location in town and across from the beach. Free breakfast with the room was amazing. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Yea it was ok, staff and management were gr8, the rooms are a bit out dated showers are small no satellite TV or anything restaurant was closed the night I went there close to KFC and an Asian restaurant overall ok, I would stay again if I had too.

Location was great! Short 10min drive to frementle. Many supermarkets and eateries in the vicinity too. Room was no frills but sufficient for us, just that the freezer wasn't cold enough. We also appreciate the simple breakfast prepared by the staff. Had a great stay all in all :)

The five of us booked a two-person room and a three-person room. The two parking spaces in front of the two rooms are connected and very convenient. The attitude of the service staff is very good.

We choosed this hotel because of the shuttle bus, but in the end we couldnt use because our plane landed almost at mid night, and they dont provide this service after 12. And then in the morning when we planned to go back to the airport they told us that we can not use their service because they dont have a seat for our kid 🫤

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.

This motel is value for money & practical for accommodation. Booked 7 days with free parking. New clean bathroom & fresh wall painting. No big drama about checking in/out or anything. The stay was simple & enjoyable & close to Carousel Big Mall. 2 different guests parked in our designated lot for 2 consecutive days for our astonishment but no big deal. Just got concerned about being asked from any guest when I parked into another unit's lot because mine was taken. Also The queen bed had too smooth running wheels (like Coles trolley) that used to slide & glide over the new floor tiles each time you mount the bed for reading/sleeping. That was by far the biggest joke we experienced during our stay. Recommended!

The transportation is convenient, the room is quiet, and there is a park opposite. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic and the communication is very attentive.

The size of the room was just right. The service is pretty good. I think the location is good. I want to use it in the future.

It feels like a comfortable and spacious hotel with a nice courtyard! (Although it was too cold to use) There is a swimming pool and gym! The only drawback is that the pillows are a bit smelly

The room is big and area is spacious for privacy. High recommended. Good wifi signal. Furthermore, they provide the kind of service is beyong expectation, believe me. I definitely will come back to stay in if in Albany.

Easy to find while driving into Albany & it's a short drive to the town center & shops. Room is spacious & beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool but we arrived late so didn't use it. For 1 night stay. it's Ok as the price was reasonable.

The accommodation experience was great and I slept very well! It is very close to the stargazing holy land Pinnacles Desert Discovery. Of course, if you are tired of the road trip, you can also enjoy the superb view of the Milky Way in the yard of the motel. It doesn’t matter if you check in later. The bartender will help you get the room key. You may as well drink with the locals in the bar and feel the warm crowd. The most important thing is that due to carelessness, I left my valuables behind and returned to Perth the next day. I didn’t find it until the evening, but it didn’t matter! The hotel found it in time and helped us keep it properly. The journey in Western Australia also ended in a different way without any danger. Thanks to the hotel again! The accommodation experience was absolutely brilliant, and I had a great night's sleep! It's very close to the stargazing hotspot Pinnacles Desert Discovery. Of course, if one is tired from a road trip, one can also admire the spectacular view of the Milky Way right from the motel's courtyard. Even if you check in a bit late, it's no bother at all; the mate at the bar will help you get your room key. Why not have a drink at the bar and experience the warmth of the local crowd? Most importantly, due to being a bit careless, we left something important behind when we headed back to Perth the next day and only realised it at night. But not to worry! The hotel discovered it in time and kept it safe for us. Our trip in Western Australia thus ended on a rather special note, safe and sound. Many thanks to the hotel once more!
