It was cheap, but the room was quite dirty with no AC. The foot mat seemed to be a bit black and dirt and, there were some strips of hair on the bed and the bath towel. Even though the staffs were nice, I don't recommend this place if you want a nice and comfortable stay.
I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land. The staff was extremely helpful, Staff handled the shuttle service, who left a strong impression on me. The room's quality is decent, and if it could improve a bit more, it would be the best in Da Lat!, will come back again!
A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.
Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

The water pressure in the room would periodically cut out, making it inconvenient to shower sometimes. It was also chilly in the room at night. We asked for a heater, but the hotel said they didn't have any. We were freezing. The hairdryer in the room didn't work! That's a real problem for women, as you can't dry your hair. The rooms in the hotel are spacious. There's a train station not far from the hotel, so you can take a train to a nearby city. Beautiful trains and beautiful views.

This was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water and I couldn't use the bathtub in the room 🥲🥲. I was really looking forward to the luxurious bathtub, so that was a big disappointment.
Other than that, the room was cute, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! The overall interior was luxurious with plenty of photo opportunities, so I was very satisfied with all the pictures I took! ◎

Minus 1 point for the room's cleanliness (some food scraps, hair on the floor) and the lack of a toothbrush and a glass/mug for the third guest (a child), even though we booked a 2+1 stay.
The breakfasts were decent, but they were geared heavily toward Vietnamese tourists.
Overall, however, we were satisfied and quite happy.

We really liked the hotel. We spent a long time choosing it because it was important to us that the room had a bathtub, but most options only had a shower. Ultimately, we made the right choice; the room was just like the picture. Hot water was available 24/7 (you have to wait for the cold water to drain), which, as I understand it, is rare in Dalat. Cleaning was daily, and shower amenities were replenished. The room wasn't too cold or too hot; with the balcony open, it was fresh and slightly cool. If you leave the balcony open overnight, mosquitoes can get in; you'll need to bring something to repel them. The room also had air conditioning, or a split-type unit, possibly for heating the room, but we didn't use it. Drinks are available in the refrigerator for an additional fee; the price list is also in the folder in the room.
The hotel is located near a lake, within walking distance of a Go supermarket, which is practically across the street, as well as a night market. The central square is also within 10-15 minutes, and Crazy House, a Catholic church, and other places are also within walking distance.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They speak English, or can translate.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Sweet Lavender again, as it was our second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, and the staff was so kind and helpful. The only downside was the noise, but we turned on the fan, and it helped block the noise from outside. We are more than happy to stay there again in the future.

Everything is good only except it is noisy till 1130pm, the bar opposite is open concept. Breakfast spread wasn't that fantastic, too. Not recommended for family with very young children.

RROMAN SHAPIRO

MM426287****The room was a bit small, but very clean. My room faced the street, and the balcony offered a beautiful spot for photos. The restaurant on the fourth floor also has windows that provide a lovely view of the city, perfect for pictures. You absolutely have to try the complimentary 30-minute massage – it was incredibly relaxing! Breakfast was quite rich, and most of the nearby attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

GGuest UserThis hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip.
The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip.
Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base.
Highly recommended.
EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
JJoe GuyThe location was spot on
Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view
The room was nice clean aircon was a bit ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus
Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3
Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment
We would stay again
I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33
I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private
MMr.CuaOnly VIP rooms have air conditioning, so those who are used to sleeping with air conditioning and do not book a VIP room will feel uncomfortable. In addition, the facilities are good and the staff is enthusiastic in taking care of guests.
