Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

We enjoyed our stay and location is perfect. But I would like to suggest that breakfast should not be the same kind every day as the breakfast was too much of bread and you can imagine eating bread every day for 10 days. Kindly try to incorporate other options to your breakfast menu so that it doesn't get boring. Aside that the place is well secured and peace. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned up on a daily basis. Our son enjoyed himself and even made new friends.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym is amazing and new, room clean. I did notice a very bad smell at times coming up through the bathroom however I didn’t approach the hotel about it. Customer service great when checking in however there was always a long queue. When I checked in they advised I received a complimentary room upgrade. The prices at the bar and cafe are quite pricey, it is about 3.6km from the airport so they recommend a taxi if you don’t arrive in the shuttle times. I did catch the shuttle in the morning that they have which costs €6.

We only stayed for a night but it’s better than expected!! Room is clean and the beds are comfy. Except the sound of the plane is noisy since it’s near airport but generally a very good stay for the price paid. We had dinner at ibis hotel nearby and the pizza is good!

I love the ambiance of the hotel. Easy check in. Clean room and able to provide additional amenities like iron and iron board. Warm welcome by the staff. Love it!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There’s a Carrefour nearby where you can easily buy groceries. The receptionist was super friendly, and I loved the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. The self-service laundry in the basement was also very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Brussels!

Great stopover hotel near the airport! Clean, modern room, super comfortable bed, quick check-in and friendly staff. Free parking and good Wi-Fi. Perfect for one night before an early flight – highly recommend!

It was a nice short stay  The staff are good and willing to assist  Was asked if I needed any assistance and were willing to assist as they gave free storage of my bags  Free shuttle from the airport… Comfy bed and pillows  Clean and spacious rooms  Though rooms are far from the lifts like the room I stayed in 534

There were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.
