Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay.
The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms.
However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel.
Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride.
In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout.
PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.
I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable.
A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bukhara. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The hotel is very beautiful and exquisite. The location is also very good, just by the road, very convenient. The owner is also very kind. We were supposed to check in at 14:00, but he checked us in early for free and gave us snacks. The hotel is also very close to the Four Pagodas Temple. Highly recommended! I will stay here again next time I come back 😛
The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
The hotel is in a good location. You can take bus No. 378 (fare is 3000 local money, less than 2 RMB) from Bukhara Railway Station. The ride takes about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The hotel is not far from the old town. It takes 10-25 minutes to walk to the old town. There is a bank diagonally opposite the hotel. Go to the right when you come out of the hotel. Go straight to the right when you see the roundabout to the old town. Go straight to the left of the roundabout to a large chain supermarket. The hotel has a rich breakfast.
The location is very good. You are right in the middle of a bunch of ancient buildings and ruins. It has a strong historical atmosphere and you can reach all the attractions on foot. It is very comfortable to stroll around in the morning and evening. The hotel facilities are new, clean, and have Grohe bathroom facilities. Warm service and comfortable stay.
We liked everything very much! A cozy little room with everything you need, everything is clean, a delicious breakfast (probably a minus - instant coffee, not grain). They even put fruit in the room, for which special thanks! We were very pleased!
This stay in Bukhara was great! The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town attractions, and you can explore the charm of this historic city on foot. As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted by the exquisite Islamic-style decoration in the lobby, which is exotic yet comfortable and modern. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is also spotlessly maintained
This is a hotel with both youth hostels and homestays. There are hotel signs hanging in the B&B with several rooms here.
Facilities: rudimentary
Hygiene: Just like hotels in small cities in the mainland
Environment: Outside the old city, across the street from the old city. Walk to the center of the old city for about 10 minutes (Buhara is actually not big), and you can reach most of the attractions in the old city withinRMB10 by taxi software.
Service: There is breakfast, it is a set meal. Generally, fried eggs and wontons, there is also pilaf. But a local pot of tea is a must.

MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

BBeijingtupangziThe location is okay. It is located in a small alley lined with many B&Bs and hotels in the old city. It is about a five-minute walk from the pond in the center of the old city. It’s not too far to go to any of the castles.
The facilities are decent. I live in a sunken underground courtyard, which is very quiet and has a good environment. There are also first and second floors. The room facilities are mediocre. It can only be said that they are similar to Chinese Home Inns or Hanting Hotels. They are the facilities of a budget hotel. Moreover, the flow of water from the nozzles is not large. I can only say that the facilities are so-so, so I will make do with it.
The breakfast has no special features. Like other hotels along the way, there are just a few things, and few are suitable for Chinese stomachs, so it is difficult to comment.
The service is pretty good, all questions are answered, the front desk speaks English fluently, and communication is basically barrier-free. However, when the disposable dental appliances were used up, they were not replaced and they had to go to the front desk to get them.
There are several people named minzifa. When taking a taxi, you will encounter minzifa travel first, and then hotel minzifa. Don’t make a mistake.
CChenhoushengkuaiquwanJust on the edge of the old town pedestrian street, walk a few hundred meters to the square of the Afanti statue. Newly renovated, the environment, the service is OK, the breakfast is quite rich, a table is full, can not finish 😄 The only downside is that most rooms have no windows at all, and they rely on a cold and warm air conditioner to adjust the air.

SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.

YYamiLittle budget hotel next to their main Boutique Hotel, in which you have to make the check-in (it was not very clear) and where the breakfast will be served.
Uzbek traditionally adorned rooms.
The breakfast was a bit poor, but the room itself was really nice.
Location was good, inside the “old city”, just 3-4 minutes walk to Lyabi-khause square.
The staff were really friendly and helpful :)
NNorehanTraditional Bukhara decoration, comfortable, clean, with a cozy resting area in the middle of the courtyard. The location is very strategic, right in the center of Hozzo lobby and surrounded by many restaurants and cultural music performances. Plenty of food choices. The staff and owner are very helpful. Highly recommended.”
