A new and wonderful hotel run by its owner and his sons.
Very respectful and ethical.
They are dedicated to the comfort and service of their guests.
There is a terrace upstairs that is a great place to sit, especially at dawn.
There is a bidet in the bathroom.
It is about 200 meters from the Ark Fortress and the Old City.
It is about 200 meters from the Bukhara Bazaar.
There is a mosque opposite.
I highly recommend staying here. If I return to Bukhara, I will stay there, God willing.
The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps from Liab i Kahouz. The place is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms are more than spacious. The house is made daily and carefully. The staff is arranged and find solutions for each request. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
Очень приятный мини-отель в старом городе, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.
Вкусный разнообразный завтрак шведским столов, приятный персонал.
В целом, довольны отелем, оправдал ожидания.
The hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me.
The room is big, bright and clean, but the shower is only on the ceiling, which is not ideal.
The restaurant staff is attentive and friendly, remembering guests' needs
The room was comfortable and spacious, decorated with a distinctly local feel and pleasing to the eye. It enclosed a small courtyard with a rooftop terrace and a balcony for drying clothes. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Located right in the heart of the old city, it's within walking distance of many attractions, including the famous Chor Minor, Lyabi Hauz, and the bronze statue of Avanti riding a donkey, known to the Chinese as Avanti. The front desk service was extremely professional and friendly, and Darya and Azizbek were particularly impressive. Darya proactively offered us tourist-friendly advice. Because the old city was hosting a major international arts festival and roads were closed, Azizbek repeatedly directed us to the nearest taxi stand. It felt like home and well worth the stay!

A perfectly wonderful hotel, leaving perfectly wonderful memories!
The Lyabi House Hotel is three steps from the Lyabi House in the old historic city of Bucharest. It is narrow streets between the narrow houses, most often other hotels, and cars are not driving here. So the taxi driver left us near the edge of the old city and we rolled our suitcases to the hotel. Apparently, the Lyabi House Hotel is a re-made hotel with a former madress. A small part of the hotel is occupied by the Ivan restaurant, which seems to be preparing predominantly European dishes, but at lunch you can get to the bucharsky plum, which is not on the menu.
Location right next to the tourist center is the undoubted advantage of the hotel. It was very convenient to walk from it to the nearest sights that are in excess. We also walked to the Samonid Park and the Ark Fortress.
The room was convenient for us, the windows went out to the inner courtyard, from which the curtains could be fenced. Wi-Fi worked well. The only thing in minus I can record is that the extract-ventilator in the sink worked loudly and was turned on along with the light, and that there was no place in the sink to hang two sets of towels - lacked hooks or something else where it was possible Put 4 towels. But it's small.
We really enjoyed staying and resting in this hotel, thank you!
I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!
The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It is very good to have an extra bed when traveling with two children. I will stay here again next time.
The location is very good. It is located in the ancient city of Bukhara and is relatively close to the city gate. It is convenient to check in with a suitcase (because cars cannot enter the ancient city). You can walk to visit all the attractions in the ancient city, including the ancient castle. It is a half-hour walk from the four-column mosque outside the ancient city. Because it is very safe in the ancient city, it is safe to eat and take a walk after dinner, and it is also very quiet to sleep at night. It's not far from the restaurants by the lake, about a 15-minute walk, where there is a statue of Avanti. The hotel breakfast is good. It is particularly worth mentioning that when we left the hotel, the front desk called a car for us. Because the car was in another parking lot outside the city gate, a lady at the front desk specially took us to that parking lot, which was very friendly.
Facilities: The room is very spacious, the Afanti sculpture is outside the window, the location is particularly good, it is really a great room type for a family of three!
Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, the bathroom area is large
Environment: The environment is very good, very characteristic of Uzbekistan

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel with modern rooms and great spa facilities (sauna, pool and steam room.). Love the Arabic style of the building. We also appreciated their massage services, the masseuse were skilled. (Though we would not recommend the massage in hammam as the hammam is off...). They give free raisins and nuts at the entrance which we also loved!
City centre is about 15min by walk, which is fine. Just that it's not very bright and cars can drive quite fast on it so would recommend people to be careful when walking!
MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.
FFirstmanonearthNew place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.

GGuest UserThe facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights, and the retro, homey atmosphere was just as pictured, and I was satisfied with the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area on the fourth floor had an open, airy feel. It's also a good base for sightseeing, as it's about a five-minute walk from the Rabbi House. While I didn't encounter any danger, the hotel's location in the Old Town, down a narrow alley, means it gets dark and quiet after dark, so if you're concerned, please be aware of this. Others have mentioned that taxis can't come to the front of the hotel, but I specified the location on Yandex Go and they came right up to the front of the hotel. (It was around 2 AM, so there may be traffic restrictions, such as daytime restrictions.)
Also, since I was leaving late at night, they said they'd deliver a lunch box the night before, but they didn't. While the hotel has the charm of a family-run, homey atmosphere, it seemed like the owner handled all customer service alone, so I guess you could forgive any minor imperfections.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more special.
They kindly allowed early check-in with breakfast, and the breakfast itself was rich and varied—a perfect start to each day.
I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back
HHaibianxianrenVThis is a hotel with both youth hostels and homestays. There are hotel signs hanging in the B&B with several rooms here.
Facilities: rudimentary
Hygiene: Just like hotels in small cities in the mainland
Environment: Outside the old city, across the street from the old city. Walk to the center of the old city for about 10 minutes (Buhara is actually not big), and you can reach most of the attractions in the old city withinRMB10 by taxi software.
Service: There is breakfast, it is a set meal. Generally, fried eggs and wontons, there is also pilaf. But a local pot of tea is a must.
