The price is fair, the location is good, just in the city center, walking to the exchange, the station and other places. The room is also very large, it is a room and a living room. Breakfast is good, downstairs is a small park, you can see the scene of local activities

GGuest UserNot a bad hotel by any means but could be improved in a number of ways. Breakfast was unfortunately appalling. We stayed only 1 night and the price was very reasonable. As soon as we got there me and my wife booked in for a massage, my masseuse was spot on but my wife unfortunately was not happy with her masseuse as she did not do the massage properly. The only other issue was when we checked out in the morning the front desk asked me to pay the room fee which I told her I booked and paid through Trip.com which they could not find on their system so after showing her my booking confirmation and E-receipt she had no other choice but to take my word for it but you would think a 5-star hotel would be on top of things like this instead of shamelessly asking customers to pay for a room they've already pre-paid for. Otherwise happy so to say with our 1 night stay.

Baths need more hygiene and support on showers, channels. Breakfast is good. The staff is very responsive. The internet in the rooms and the lobby is very good. The price -quality ratio is very good.

GGuest UserI was surprised to be asked for the cost that was not on the trip page at check-in, but it was resolved safely after reconfirming. The employees were properly trained and satisfied with the legitimate hotel. And the Asahi seen from the restaurant on the 5 floor was beautiful.
