The hotel's location was ideal. Ashuluk Castle, St. John's Basilica, and Isa Bey Mosque are all within walking distance. For destinations like Ephesus Ancient City, the House of the Virgin Mary, and Sirince, we traveled by car, and the hotel's location proved very convenient. Given it's an ancient city, don't expect a brand-new, modern hotel building. However, the bathroom was spacious, and the air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; instead, a Turkish breakfast was served, which was pleasant and tasty. Parking was available right in front of the hotel. We were fortunate to have our own car, so parking was hassle-free. However, it seems that if you don't have a car, you might be directed to park further away according to their instructions.

The room hygiene is good, the facilities are what the hotel should look like, the room does not have a kettle, you can borrow from the boss. The bosses and couples are also very good. We arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening and called the boss to pick up at the station. The location is on the edge of the old town, a bit biased, but close to the Acropolis and the Red Church. In general, it is worth recommending, and driving is better.

The room was really spacious. The bed was comfortable and large enough. The lobby was nice enough. You can easily walk to the seaside. There is a starbucks next door and a sports bar in the ground floor.

Perfect location as the hotel is a walk away from bars and the beach. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. A friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The rooms were cozy and very clean. Will definitely book at this hotel again.

The location is great, the room is big, and there is a big balcony. Parking is super difficult, there is no dedicated parking lot, and it is shared with a shopping mall and office building, and the parking lot is very small.

The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large. The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot. There are sea view rooms with a view of the Aegean Sea, and the view is great

Super friendly staff! We thank Mrs Melissa especially at the reception – she was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellently equipped and clean. Breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. For a short stay, everything was really perfect. If we come back to Izmir, we will certainly book the Hotel Zeniva. One of the most comfortable experiences living in Türkiye. The building, gardens, rooms, breakfast are all great. Conveniently located but very quiet at the same time. The boss was also a backpacker in his early years and would send guests to the ancient city of Efes for free. We chatted for a while and he was a very honest, kind and professional person.
