Overall, the stay was very good. The butler service was excellent, with a friendly attitude and quick responses. The room was clean, spacious, and had no unpleasant odors, probably because it was newly opened. It was very quiet at night. The only minor drawback was that the room TV wasn't internet-enabled and didn't support screen mirroring, which might be slightly inconvenient for those who prefer watching TV. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide variety of dishes, but it did include local specialties like ”簸箕炊” (a type of steamed rice dish) and ”捞粉” (a type of rice noodle soup). However, there were no suggestions on how to eat them. I suggest adjusting the details from a more local perspective; it might be better that way. Other aspects were satisfactory, and I would recommend it overall.

A very satisfying stay experience. The hotel receptionist, H, was very friendly. The lobby was spacious and had a great environment. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the internet speed was fast, and it was convenient for working. Free parking was readily available. The hotel's location is excellent. Wyndham will definitely be my first choice again next time I'm in Gaozhou for business. 😊

I requested to book a hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I felt that it was very worthwhile to stay. The hotel has a sense of design. The room is big enough and the cleanliness is decent. The bed in the big bed room is also 2 meters. It is suitable for our family of three. It is very close to the beach (Yuanjingling Beach is relatively clean in Guangdong Beach, And the area is large, the sea conditions are good), breakfast is simple but it is also a matching price, there is an urge to come again

第一次來茂名，除了舒適的温度和清爽的海風備感宜人之外，就是鉑頓元酒店了。出了茂名南站，二十分鐘車程就到酒店大堂門口，很大的停車場，愛琴海購物廣場就在馬路對面。從左側門進入，電梯直達16樓。進了門，一股時尚簡約的氣息撲面而來。乾淨清爽是第一印象，然後是從一個個温馨提示的字牌感受到隨處可見的細節。Loft房型很有特色，一樓是乾濕分離衞生間、客廳，二樓兩間卧室有門隔開，極具私密性。每間卧室和客廳均配有空調。飲用水、茶包、冰箱配備齊全。早上去餐廳，雖然不大，但中、西式很豐富，自己還可以DIY撈粉湯麪。前台小陳、小梅熱情洋溢的服務為酒店錦上添花，讓人感受到了茂名人民的熱情。

All are not bad, a little bit in the entrance of the scenic spot is the hotel, the front desk is very warm, the waiter is very kind, the delivery is very fast, and the delicious farmhouse restaurant is recommended. Worth a visit.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

I had planned to visit in April, hoping for fewer crowds and pleasant weather. However, it seemed there were too few visitors, as many attractions were closed. The hotel restaurant was still serving its Chinese New Year menu, which was disappointingly bad. It felt like such a waste of a great beachfront location.

A perfect score! This hotel is absolutely worth it. The environment is impeccable. Located in a mountain resort, every stroll around the hotel is refreshing and the air is incredibly fresh. Even more praiseworthy is the service from the staff. Everyone is polite and friendly, and from check-in to check-out, all our needs are met promptly and warmly. We felt like family. Excellent scenery and service, thumbs up!
