Hotels With Wi-Fi in Ankara Province, Türkiye

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

Very good situation ,very friendly stuff ,very clean rooms, I was there for 11 nights and it was very pleasant stay there,specially thanks to Mr.kubilay and Mr.can for being kind and friendly .and all the stuff who cleaned the room , we had a nice stay there.

I travelled with my family. I will just say that everything was fine and perfect. Kids really enjoyed their one night stay a lot. Staff was really nice and helpful.

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. In 8.10 nobody opened the door, then a man went out, said he was here only resting, the administration is not yet, but soon should come. Waited for 15 minutes came the girl, began the settlement. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

The location is amazing,very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple,however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

REVIEWING AFTER YEAR LONG STAY: living outside your house for working purposes, could become lonely and unsettling, but, in our case, after all these months, we felt blessed by calling Grand Mercure, “Our Home” when in Turkey. Below goes a complete and very well deserved review. Everything starts at the front door, where Mr. Gorkem, Mr. Mertcan and Mr. Oktay would welcome us guests with their friendly smile and politeness. Specially Mr. Gorken who always welcome us with a sincere “Welcome Back”. Continuing to our suite review, again, I would like to highlight Ms. Gul’s endless kindness and expertise with not only cleaning and maintaining the room impeccable and working flawlessly, but her personal little touches to make us feel cherished and loved. Also daily, we would like to point out Mr. Sinan, bringing to our door, not only water, but also easy and sincere smiles, excellent communication and friendly approach. The Breakfast is also amazing, with its continental buffet style loaded with fresh and delicious fruits and treats carefully prepared everyday. But again, even with all this, I would like to highlight mostly the bright smiles that welcome us every single morning. Starting with the outstanding supervision of the kind and cheerful Mr. Ibrahim greeting us by the door, to Ms. Gamze serving our dishes with a great care and making sure everything goes smooth also the two amazing expert chefs Ms. Dilara and Ms. Münüfe that deliver amazing Omelets and also “A La Carte” Poached eggs, Eggs Benedict and even fresh Sashimis to die for. The hardest part is to keep our diet under control here with all these delicacies. More than ever, despite how comfortable, beautiful and very well kept are all the installations of the hotel, including our suite, what sincerely, at least for us, makes the whole difference here is the kindness, the empathy and the care of their employees and we both have no words to express our gratitude. They really go beyond to make our staying memorable, comfortable and relaxing. And we are convinced that it must comes as a result of the amazing, friendly and deeply emphatic management of Mr. Murat and Mr. Onur.

The front desk staff, bell boy, and others we interacted with treated us well, including those at the breakfast/restaurant area. The room was an average room (nice and clean), we didn't get a room with a view, at least that is what was available. That is why I'm giving 3 stars. We ended up using the swimming pool and spa area. After using it for about 20 minutes, a staff member came and told us - to be quiet. We (two of us) didn't even talk as both of us were on our phones. Again, they came back and told us they have another important (high-level Turkish) client and they didn't want us talking at all. I made sure I cancel my massage and hammam booking, I also told them that we are also important and as long as they are treating clients with levels - they can't earn my hard-earned money in that attitude. We complained to the on-duty manager and at that time, we made up our mind to cancel and nothing could change our decision. To be fair, the hotel was good for the price we paid ＜$50 and couldn't complain, but it's the disrespect that made us cancel.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte allo Sky hill di Ankara e ci siamo trovati molto bene, hotel rinnovato e moderno, camera ottima con tutti i confort e bagno con tutti i servizi e i kit di cortesia! In super centro città abbiamo cenato al ristorante subito sotto e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Colazione abbondante ma poco adatta ai gusti di noi italiani, abbiamo anche usufruito del valet con un buon servizio! Lo consiglio!

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

The hotel is old and starting to show its age, bed fine, internet is dreadful, having to keep logging on, very frustrating, TV keeps freezing can only assume it’s the same internet issues, price for B&B &190 so not cheap, asker about the lounge now I’m here and told its €40 per day, breakfast rate here is €25 per day, with the lounge access you can get breakfast, so asked if I could credit my breakfast and book the lounge to be told no, basically everything is set to extract money from you, good member for some time, also an IHG member with top status, would save you money and book the Crowne plaza for half the price, location is next to very old mall with a lot of cheap items. The escalators to take you down do not work, escalators up or working, think they are trying to save money. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Ankara and not the best, but guess it good for the American standard of hotel.

I stayed in your hotel with my wife on May 24, 2024 nights as a bed cleaning, breakfast, a perfect hotel location, no need to comment no car park problem no ***eat since family hotel Thank you Thank you . I strongly advise the families to see the next time to see a clean environment ... hopefully you will always stay in this quality!

It is an Ibis. Red and functional as expected for the base level of Accor Hotels. Clean room and ensuite shower room. Basic seating. Comfortable beds. Efficient heating and air-conditioning. Breakfast and evening meal available in the open plan cafe / reception area with prices a bit high. Staff helpful and friendly. Bookable on line with prices varying between web sites. Located on the main road to Esenboga Airport which is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away. By taxi the route is initially in the wrong direction before a U-turn.

It is away from the city. I think it is inconvenient for personal use. There is nothing around. It feels like a house in the field (hotel). ２ people have 3 beds. King size ｗ bed and single 2 beds. The room is quite large. The room has water and carbonated water service, but there is no hot water pot or coffee tea service. The most troublesome thing is that there are no cups. It is more inconvenient than I thought to have no cup. I asked the front desk for a cup but I couldn't deliver it until the end. The disposable slippers with the name were attached. The hotel itself is clean and nice, but the service is one now. The pool and sauna are said to be free to use until １０ hours.
