We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience. The rooms were beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The food and hospitality were really outstanding and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Tunisia. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is very helpful. We were given a suite. We asked for cutlery on the 1st floor, they gave us everything with a smile. There is a refrigerator in the room. Early in the morning, a hotel employee helped us catch a taxi. Excellent value for money.

Rooms clean and adequete. Breakfast ok, but poor service of supplying cutlery etc, have to ask for obvious things that should be our for guest. Staff quite miserable, need to smile more. Only the female receptionist gave smile and helpful

Booked maia hotel for 5 nights... hotel was jist as described... located in ”du lac” which is the high end clean beautiful and peaceful side of tunis. The hotel itself was good , the room was very spacious and clean , breakfast was nice (not buffet) served at the table , better then most other hotels I've stayed in previously in tunis Customer service was amazing , especially Riyadh and atif , these 2 members of staff (at reception) were extremely helpful and kind Would defo recommend this hotel and will be rebooking this for future visits!

Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner. Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u. The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy. Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it. You can hear every noise from another room and in passage. View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there. Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it. Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there. No iron, no kettle. Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.

Pros : Location was great. Quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was many selections and tasty Cons : I couldn’t sleep well because of loud noise from the outside during the night.

Instead of being shy, I refused to admit my mistake and asked me to do it myself. Undertake to change the business class of more than 4,000 yuan, or change the long transit flight and bear all the cost of the change. Ctrip has changed the popular flight to Red Eye. I will continue to stay here next time. The scenery is so beautiful. This hotel is more suitable for vacation because the place I live is a little far from the lobby. The Italian restaurant is more expensive but the taste is okay.
