The way they accommodate the guests is actually what I like about this hotel. Not the typical type of hotel you are expecting but the price is economical.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

I had a great stay at Go Hotels Tacloban with friends. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Amenities were good and met our needs. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience—definitely recommend for short stays!

Nice location rooms are clean staff friendly and helpful only issue is our first room the door malfunctioned and jammed closed and would not unlock staff gave us another room was without our belongings all night until the next morning when they was able to finally get the first rooms door opened this is my second stay at this hotel things happen I would stay again

The room is nice. Affordable rate good for 4 pax. Its on the center of downtown. Though the CR has bad smell and AC is not cold enough. There's an issue with the door as it can't be locked when we go outside but the staff are easy to approach with and they fixed the issue immediately.

They are selling a 18 m2 room. They want to deliver an 8 m2 room. I objected, they showed me a 12 m2 room. I accepted so that there would be no kava. They did this again in Manila. Write honestly what the room size is. It is a very ugly behavior to market a room that does not exist. People are shocked at the reception with their suitcases.

The room was adequate for a short stay. It had the basic amenities needed, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. However, the overall experience was fairly average, with no major issues but also nothing exceptional to note. It served its purpose.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

Simple budget hotel . First time in visiting this city will try other hotel next time around. The room i reserved was not available and they offered me a lessor sized room it worked out but i did not get the credit as the room i reserved rate was higher

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in naval! The staff was amazing, friendly, provided excellent service and treated me and my girlfriend like family! Clean, hot showers, great air-conditioning, everything we asked fir was done immediately. We even had hot showers, wifi and electricity during a brownout!! I will always book here when in naval!!
