We had a very good stay at Capitol Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the service overall was excellent. A great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. We celebrated my son's birthday at Widus. We were so surprised that they prepared a cake and something to make my son happy. The room they gave us also has a perfect view of the pool. We cannot thank you guys enough! Special thanks to Dan of reception, Chrys Lee of Housekeeping and the pool attendants. Looking forward to join you again!

Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful. Areas for improvement: Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals. Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.

Tv has western movies but had some corruption to signal top of screen. Hotel generally very clean, were some dead cockroaches in common walkways, but at least they were dead. Room was very clean, shower was good, bed was good. 2 small free bottles water.

Very nice service, next to the walking street. If you like to meet lots of *********** and begging kids on the way to your hotel it’s a nice location. If not better choose another location. The rooftop pool was perfect. I booked a room with a balcony, sadly only view you get is on a dirty concrete wall. All in all personally I wouldn’t stay there again, I would book a hotel in the center

Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.

I had a wonderful stay at Palette Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, polite, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the attention to detail in both cleanliness and comfort. The location is also very convenient, close to key spots in the area, yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The service was consistently excellent — from quick responses to requests to the warm smiles that made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, Palette Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

Fourth stay here and it feels good when the staff recognises you. Chose for its location and nice comfy bed and cleanliness. Shower was not as hot as usual and the wifi was still bad. But will definitely stay here again.
