Cleanliness is good. Some of the amenities was not able to fill in before guest check in like the bathrobeI still need to request for it. The mini bar or mini ref doesn’t have any drinks available to drink. But all in all it was good staying here for 1 night. The experience was good will try again next time their different types of room. When it comes to their breakfast buffet not so impressive for the food choices just a simple options for the daily breakfast.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Had a bit of a problem in the shower during my stay, but tolerable and can be fixed albeit I no longer asked for help as I might be late in my appointment. Breakfast is ok too. Overall, hotel is A-ok.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

Arrived late in the hotel. Did not expect anything as we were tired and randomly booked a hotel for the night. Hotel was clean and new, employees were friendly too. Hoping they could keep the standard. Assigned room was on the 2nd floor and has no view. But nevertheless, we were there to rest. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Amenities were complete too. The only problem was the hot shower. We haven’t inform them as we were tired.

Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

GGuest UserThe service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

NNicka F.Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

FFULGENCIO OBADOthis is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.
