There is a dedicated shuttle service and the hotel is new so it is clean.

The room is really nice and spacious. The breakfast was also really good.
The only let down was how narrow the pool was and how other hotels in the capital place more importance on the pool and sun lounge space compared to this hotel.

The hotel is mainly cleaners who are too lazy. At the beginning, they cleaned up the room and did not give better bath towels. Later, it was impossible to clean the house for two or three days. On several occasions, the two bottles of free water prepared in the room were not given. In short, the service is not good. If the hotel is a Samsung hotel or below, it is still OK. If it is a four-star hotel, it is not a good hotel. In the photo below, there is a towel for two bath towels and a towel when you first check in. Isn't it two towels?
In addition, the hotel's meals are expensive, and there are not many styles

It is considered a high-end hotel locally, but the room did not have toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers or hair dryers. The interior was very simple, similar to domestic business hotels. Not to mention breakfast, almost only bread was available.
