I read some negative comments about that hotel but in my case it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms need a refurbishment to stay up to date. Especially the bathroom, but it isn't that bad. Also, easily accessible car parking is provided in the basement of the building.

Very nice place. I had just one problem before checking-out, while I'm taking shower, the switch of heater suddenly sparks which is very dangerous. We call the the reception for help and they immediately came to fix it.

In the center of Riyadh, modern facilities, easy to get around, great views, complete facilities, good gym and swimming pool, easy to get to various attractions in Riyadh, including museums and the old city. I also visited a Dior exhibition at the museum.

Booked a smoking room by mistake. Was not a good night - breakfast was good. Hotel and staff are all professional and helpful

The reception kept me waiting for about a quarter of an hour and kept saying the reservation was cancelled until they let me in. In the end, they gave me a small room. When I called them, they said they would upgrade the room, but the problem was that I had reserved the bigger room. The elevator only works one and the rest are broken. But in general, the hotel is clean.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The highlight was the staff—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend this property.

It's convenient because it's close to the airport and there's a shopping mall next door, but it's a little far from the center of town. The rooms are clean and safe. The hotel staff are all friendly and make your stay comfortable. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel is very new, the breakfast is good, the bedding is OK, it is opposite the Kingdom Center, and the Kingdom Center shopping mall is just across the road. The mall is full of luxury brands. It is a very old mall, and there is nothing delicious. We actually chose to eat McDonald's in the mall. There is a Najd village two kilometers away by Uber, which is convenient for taxis. It takes about 70 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The disadvantage is that the double bed room is very small, comparable to a hotel room in Japan. You have to take a taxi when going out. The National Museum and the ancient city are not far away, about ten kilometers. There is nothing to visit nearby except the King Center. I feel that living near KAFD is closer to various attractions, markets and airports.
