I recently stayed two nights at Waitakei Resort and had a wonderful experience. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and scenic, offering a perfect escape from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request. I especially enjoyed the resort’s natural hot springs — a highlight of the stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options and fresh ingredients. Overall, I would highly recommend Waitakei Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. I hope to visit again soon!

I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

We had a wonderful, quiet & undisturbed stay at the Anglers Lodge. The place is tranquil and was not crowded, so we really enjoyed the spacious grounds of the Lodge. The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities were super clean. Overall very well maintained. The pool and games room were much fun for the children. We did fishing at the bay right outside the Lodge. There is minimum 15-20min drive out from the Lodge to Coromandel and the Peninsula.

The scenery is unique! The eldest brother is also very enthusiastic ~ everything is great! Suitable for bringing children to play ~ swimming pool, it will be very comfortable in summer ~ the surrounding is quiet. If you go, it is recommended to bring more food up the mountain ~ the experience is better

They are all very good. It would be perfect if they had a private bathroom. However, this is the only room we can book in that area, so we are very grateful!

Right next to Tomo Bar, the location is very convenient. However, all rooms are built on the mountain, you have to take the stairs to your own room, and if you have a lot of shopkeepers, you will help with your luggage. The store is a very amiable and enthusiastic couple, will give travel advice, will also greet everyone warmly, breakfast is great and very home away from home experience. Going to play cave rafting will also provide towels to us, although Watomo is small, but the human touch is very strong. Next time I come to play, I will stay for a long time ～ Recommend the meal at Tomo restaurant next to it, great!

The front desk is on the second floor and it took me a long time to find it. The pretty lady at the front desk was very nice. Although I didn't fully understand what she said, her enthusiastic smile diluted the fatigue along the way. There are many restaurants around the hotel, even several Chinese restaurants. The bathroom is a little small, but there is nothing wrong with it.

Great spot, right on the water. Beautiful all day long. Host is extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend strongly!

The room was clean and the view spreading in front of me was the best. It looks beautiful to climb the Asahi from the room. Breakfast was delicious.
