The bed is small, so I put two small beds together and it was just right. The breakfast is quite rich. There is a golf course around the hotel, and the environment is beautiful and pleasant.
Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .
The breakfast is not bad, the transportation is convenient for business trips, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The environment is sanitary and good, and it is worth coming again next time!
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located about five mins walk from the Utrecht station and the shopping mall. There is a mini fridge, kettle and a coffee machine in the room which is really handy.
I stayed because it was a short walk to the Auer Hunts Zoo. I thought it was a little late that breakfast was from 8 o'clock. But breakfast is great, such as baked bread, squeezed juice, jam, etc! It was delicious.
I had dinner, but I was shocked to hear that there were many carpaccio and unheated menus, and that there was no beef skewers after ordering. It took time again.
I think dinner is good at another shop in the neighborhood. However, there is no English notation in another house.
i thought it was there at first
I didn't find room service either.
The room on the first floor (second floor in Japan)
Even after Saturday night 10, I couldn't sleep because of the noise, probably because it was a restaurant downstairs.
You should request more than the second floor.
If you have a two-person room, you will choose two breakfasts, so when I paid for one person in the field, I was a little shocked when I was asked for my name every morning.
I thought it would be nice if this operation was a little smoother.
Friendly, bright,
Good hotel. Only noise and breakfast record were a problem.
I recommend it!
The location of the Hotel is very good. Walking distance from the Utrecht Central and the Jabeurs Convention sentre. The Rooms are rather small if you choose 3 person occupancy. Also, the cleaning service was rather pathetic. We requested cleaning and make-up room every day and yet for 2 days there was No service.

GGuest UserAn ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!
GGuest UserLike this hotel very much. We stay one night in the pod bunk bed, like the modern design and its cleanliness. The space inside the pod is good and bed is comfortable, many spaces in the public area. On the daytime, the cafe inside the hotel is full of people working with laptop.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious but the lighting was dim. It had its own kitchen and some simple cooking utensils, although I only used the coffee machine. The hotel is self-service check-in, but because it was booked on Ctrip, we had to manually ring the bell to summon the service staff to help us pay the city tax before we could check in. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for one person.
LLawrenzoLocation is perfect right next to Utrecht Central station and a big shopping centre. Pass the shopping centre and you're in town centre. Has a swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. The only problem we had was one of our towel had some brown stains on it which doesn't look very pleasant but we showed them and they got us clean ones straight away. Also there wasn't hair conditioner but in another of their Inntel hotel we stayed there was. Try to get a room facing the train tracks I think would have a better view.
GGuest UserThe hostel has its ages and our room is more student dormitory like, this meets the expectations as hostel. Everything is clean and tidy, and good enough to stay one night. Breakfast is nice too. The big highlight for this hostel is its surroundings and all outdoor activities (ex. Biking, running, hiking etc). Lots of historical landmarks/buildings and beautiful forests allow you to plan a culture or nature tour. Highly recommended to stay a few more days here to explore more!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.
DDarrenCAwesome place! Locating within the mall and next to the train station and just 30mins train away from the airport. Lots of shopping in the mall! Only wish is for the gym to be larger with more equipments.
MMijail EstebanThe coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.
