I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. Lovely clean apartment and within the building it's self. Very convenient for grocery shops and restaurants. A 20min walk took you to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again😁👍

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

The hotel is worth the money. It's very conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the maids (they brought a hairdryer and extra soap). The breakfast is continental, and every wish is fulfilled. There are no bedbugs or cockroaches. It's clean, cleaned daily, and there are fresh towels. If you're going to Agadir to party and aren't looking for a meal, this is the place to be.

We booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. We were a little scared by the forced consumption culture of Marrakech, and we didn't dare to pay attention to the staff at first. Hygiene: I personally think there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally backward, it can't be said to be particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation effect is very good. Facilities: The decoration is very much like a warm little home, and I feel more comfortable than the beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water for the shower in room 314 where we stayed was connected in reverse. The hot water didn't come out for a long time. I called the staff over at 3 a.m. and he helped me turn it to the other side, laughing. By the way, this hotel does not have a beach, and there is a small running water installed indoors. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner
