"The location is inside the Toyohashi Station which makes arrival a and departure by train very easy. The room was clean and comfortable and my request of a room on high floor with extra pillows was provided. There is a free coffee machine at reception. Entry and exit to the station requires walking up 4 or 5 steps and then an escalator as the lift access is not available to L2 from the foyer (available from L2 to Lobby). I found the room cleaning arrangements to be more complex than others (9 this trip) I have used. I would stay again based on the room quality and view from my 12 floor window."

"I'm in my late fifty years on my way back from the Central International Centrair Airport. It's a building with a Showa feeling, but it's a review. I think it's good personally to make you feel retro. There are lobby and rooms, and the staff are normal. I was able to spend comfortably. The difficulty is that the stairs leading to the underground public bath from the side of the lobby, the passageway may be too dark and quiet to be scary ... I hesitated to enter because the lights were out to make it a meeting place in the free break room in front of the bathroom entrance. "The hotel room is really small for the price you’re paying. Usually, if I pay around $100 per night, I get a much bigger room elsewhere, so just keep that in mind. The room also feels a bit old, and overall it’s just small. The bathroom is small as well, and the hot water doesn’t stay warm for long—it turns cold on its own, which is a bit inconvenient, especially if you’re visiting in winter. That said, the location is great. It’s close to a lot of popular restaurants, including a famous barbecue spot, and there’s a FamilyMart just a two-minute walk away. They also provide umbrellas you can use. Despite the room being smaller and more expensive than what I’d usually pay for this size, I still had a good stay overall—especially since I woke up to snowfall, which was really nice."

"I'm so glad I came! Even though it's a bit far from the city center, it's definitely worth the trip. The ocean view from the room was beautiful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and I really loved the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Sometimes the hot springs get crowded, but if you time your timing right, you can go in to your heart's content. If I visit Nagoya again, I would love to stay here again!!"

"The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya."

"I stayed here for two nights on a solo business trip. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I was also pleased with the spacious bathtub size. "the ac was hot in the night, really hot. it's central ac, so we can't changed the temperature. there is no water to drink at all. the other hotel we stayed gave us mineral water / tap water that can be drink. the amenities : there wasn't sanitary bag on the toilet."
