I think it's a newly opened hotel. The cleanliness was very good, but the spa etc. was not in use. The breakfast buffet was good.

First of all location of hotel was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortaible. All foods also good quality and delicious. restaurant,lobby bar staff very friendly and good. We like everything with my gf and was leaving from hotel with nice memories.

There is an outdoor swimming pool. The facilities are okay and the room is not small. The bathroom smells bad, which is bad. The service was pretty good. It's a 20-minute walk from the station and a 5-minute taxi ride. Breakfast is simple but filling.

It was nice number with a view on a city, good breakfast with fruits and berries, welcome-oriented service, not far from the bus station but slightly far from the main beaches. If you plan to visit Efes and stay not far from that place, this hotel is comfort and cozy.

The location is great! Close to the coastline and everything. Staffs are friendly, we felt very welcomed from the greeting staff and valet parking staff. However, the hotel is a bit old and need improvement on its cleanliness. Water from the shower has a little bit of stranger smell. And water pressure is not very good. The mattress wasn’t very comfy and only a thin blanket were given. Plus Breakfast with a panoramic view.

New modern hotel with a gorgeous view of the bay. But the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, gave the coldest reception possible. The room was not ready for our arrival, although we arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes. They refused to provide breakfast at the price indicated in the reservation. The cost of breakfast is 20 euros per person, and they are not interested in what is written in the reservation. They also said that they do not have parking, and problems with the car are our problems, park wherever you want. They did not give any information about the hotel services - neither about the beach, nor about the hamam. We still did not understand where they are. As a reminder, they took a deposit of 50 euros !! In general, the entire period of our stay we felt that we were not welcome here. The service is terrible, this should not happen. I do not recommend to anyone

We stayed for a couple of nights, the location is perfect, close to the seaside and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and rather clean, the bed was just amazing, real soft and felt like you’re sleeping in a cloud. We really liked the breakfast too, it had everything you could wish for and they also had fresh orange juice, my absolute favourite! The indoor swimming pool turned out to be smaller than in the pictures, but I mean it was still nice to be able to swim.

I really liked the hotel, the view is very beautiful, the rooms are large and bright. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. I especially want to highlight Kerem (guest relations). You will help me contact him on any issue. Very responsive, professional😊. I didn't really like the food (but I'm too picky about food🤦♀️)

Location was great, room was clean and big and hotel staff provided great service. Off site street parking on steep narrow streets and no lifts to rooms (we were on the third floor). Highly recommended if you can do stairs.
