Excellent hotel from every point of view. Service of a higher level than expected, kindness and helpfulness of the staff from a high-level structure. Excellent value for money, 5 min walk from the visitor center. Highly recommended.

If you work hard to Petra ruins, you can walk, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and the location is perfect for the base around Petra. It is a hotel full of hospitality that tells you with a smile!

The hotel sit atop a hill overlooking the desert hills - a wonderful view, about a 10-min. drive from the Petra visitor center. All the staff we met, from the security guards, to the bellman, the front desk, the restaurant - were just SUPERB. All of them. The lobby is inviting and warm, the restaurant is spacious and with lots of sunshine. Dinner buffet had a very nice variety and decent quality, yet overpriced. Breakfast had a wonderful variety with good quality. The room was very clean, and looked like it was built last year - very well maintained. Although the building looks very new, overall, the hotel is overpriced a bit. Overall, an excellent choice for Petra.

Great location, right at the entrance of Petra. The hotel feels great after walking out for a day. There are not many people in the hotel, it is quiet, it feels good, and the breakfast is good. The gift bag in the hotel is better than the outside Cheap, the quality is better than the outside, it is worth recommending. Excellent location, just opposite the Petra visitors’ center. The hotel has great design in common areas and rooms, and nice beds and amenities. Pretty pricey for what it offers, since we also had lunch and dinner there. The downside of this hotel was the fact that there were flies everywhere, especially on the food stations during breakfast - which had a lot of variety-, and nobody could care less

My good impression of this hotel comes entirely from the cute uncle who helped me carry my luggage. He opened the window for me to watch the sunset, and knocked on the door every few minutes to give me a gift. I was really surprised and will always remember him! The service is very good, the grilled fish in the restaurant downstairs is delicious, and the waiter will say happy new year to Chinese tourists!

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly! This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas. In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance. And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!
