We couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot in the room. No fan available at reception. I don't understand why this establishment doesn't provide enough fans to satisfy customers. The room was small as was the bathroom. We have already stayed in an Elko hotel in CDG, very good, spacious with 2 single beds. Turning around in the bathroom was complicated. But not the worst. The worst was the heat. A little extra for the friendly and understanding staff. We were able to fill our water bottles with fresh water by asking at reception in the morning. But the night left us feeling angry. I would have preferred to sleep outside because it was so unbearable!!!!!

It's the second time I went to this hotel, and i am quite happy with my stay. Location is great, there is a lot of outdoor restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the restaurant is nice and quite a lot of choices. Room are well decorated clean and comfortable. I preferred the room I was at my really first visit at that hotel which had a little balcony with a view to the street. It had a little romantic vibe.

The hotel is a modern hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and spa. ideal couple. Family swimming pool. There is a large fitness room. I also saw a seminar space. The breakfast is a nice choice and luxury, and it is even possible to eat at lunch or evening. There is a two-size bar with a great choice and a game with a billiards salon and baby-foot. The rooms are modern with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Wants and towels provided. Families are welcome . The staff of the hotel and the spa are welcome. Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bag. Mineral water was only on the first day, and there was no replenishment after bed making. When I returned to the room after cleaning the room and was relaxing, the hotel staff opened the door without permission. The staff at the front desk felt bad, and when I asked about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk of the spa. The spa was comfortable, but I am disappointed to expect ５ star service for the hotel.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation. We appreciated the balcony, the kettle and the location very close to my daughter's house. We will come back at least to try the swimming pool

2 days and 2 nights stay. Hotel calm in commercial area. Weekly stay for a ceremony. The price of the cheap breakfast, 9.5€ , little fruit. The most important thing is air conditioning. At least, breakfast and breakfast parking

Located in the suburbs of Lyon, there is a T rail car to the city. If you don't drive to the old town, it is more cost-effective to buy a 24-hour ticket, so you can transfer to the subway and bus at will. The hotel has free parking, good facilities and services, rich breakfast, and is a good place for self-driving transfer

The hotel is located in the center of Lyon, with convenient transportation. Our room is on the 30th floor, with a great view of Lyon and Fourvière Hill. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel service is first-class.

It was the best choice in terms of location as it’s in the heart of the city centre. The service was excellent. We had breakfast and we had several options and the service there as well it was excellent. I would definitely think of going back and would recommend. In the room as well they provide a small book with all the restaurants, activities and more information on Megève.
