Perfect stay! Great breakfast served by EID... We love the place & the staffs, they are all very kind. We stayed at Al Manara after staying here; A 5 stars hotel luxury collection, and their service is far below here! Thank you for making our Petra experience enjoyable.

A wonderful resort, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, brimming with history. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant with a varied, high-quality buffet for both dinner and breakfast. Excellent service from the friendly, welcoming staff. Truly an excellent choice!

The hotel staff, is very helpful and very elegant response, weather, view, experience, the food very delicious and the higen very clean. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing staff from housekeeping, to top managment Overall I am glad I booked in this hotel as it match the experience in petra treasuery. We went here for a short stay whilst journeying around Jordan. I had such a lovely time, and the hotel staff were absolutely lovely, and happy people. I had the opportunity to mix my own perfume with an in house perfumer by the hotel reception. The views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful especially from the breakfast room. The venue is very close to Petra so it’s ideal for a base from which to explore. The rooms were large and also quite separated from other rooms- they are spread over a more open plan which is nice as it gives the hotel a ‘village feel’. Definitely would come again to stay longer.

Excellent resort to stay with family at Petra. Nice exotic rooms, feeling of an ancient luxury stay. Nice swimming pool ,pool was heated as temperature Petra was very low.
