The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. The service, the food and the facilities were all top notch proper luxury. The staff was a little overwhelmed because the hotel was entirely booked on account of vacations, but the restaurant as well as the Food Court. The swimming pool was kept with proper cleanliness and completely five star. I would love to visit the place again.
