The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly.

Arrived in the early hours of the after ferry cancelled and then delays. I notified reception of the change and Tomas informed me that the reception was 24 hours and I would be looked after and he would check me in himself. Arrived at 04.30 and met by night receptionist who took me to s room and logged my car registration. The room was ok but for some reason the wind noise was loud. Next morning I explained to reception who moved me to a well appointed quiet room without any fuss or further comment. The remaining days of my stay were during the huge storm which hit the coast, During my stay the hotel felt safe and secure, and the staff were polite, helpful and pleasant at all times. The hotel may appear as 3* but the rooms and customer service was 5*. Highly recommended hotel based on my personal experience. Ahhhh, you must make arrangements in advance. It’s really expensive at the last minute. The environment is pretty good. The first floor is a public area with a kitchen for use. You can make your own coffee. There is a storage for large items on the first floor. room (free but not responsible for loss) and a paid storage locker similar to a courier locker. The room has an independent bathroom, which is okay. Bath towels can be rented one by one. I didn't see any slippers. The location is relatively convenient, and you can go to surrounding attractions and supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly, hahaha

They have a free breakfast which was good for travelers. Everything clean, friendly staff and good location.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

As my reason to stay was the proximity to the airport, the hotel exceeded my expectations as the room was small but comfy, they have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast attached to the hotel and in minutes I could get a taxi to the airport. Great value for money.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming, but it didn't quite compare to similar rooms in China, so don't have too high expectations.

It was a great stay overall. The location was perfect. It was near the center of Dublin. But was set in a quiet neighborhood just outside it. It is a doable walk to a park set along the water. I loved the Medieval Theme. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The dual shower heads are a nice setup. .Request a view of the front of the hotel. The only potential negative is the distance from the airport and the train.

Location was great, right in the middle of the city. Service staff was helpful, plenty of facilities in the form of kitchen and dinning area. Beds were comfortable enough and the rooms seem reasonably clean.

Used to go to a hotel in Dun Laioghre where service and hospitality went out of the window. This hotel offers value for money close to the Dart 2/3 stops from city centre. Good restaurant and not as noisy as some other hotels closeby. Would recommend and will stay again.
